This is our Go To for Mexican! The food is top notch, drinks, freshly made, and they have my favorite dessert in town! The owner welcomes us like family and we are Never disappointed! Hard to find a restaurant that is as consistent across the board as Cinco de Mayo! Highly recommend!!
Went to dinner here on a quiet rainy Sunday visiting my in-laws in Poughkeepsie. We usually go to a lot of Mexican restaurants in Massachusetts and Connecticut and Cinco de Mayo is in the running for best we have been to. Beef chalupas were delicious with tender shreds of beef and super fresh produce. Fajita portions are enormous and fresh with plenty of meat included. The guacamole here is unmatched, absolutely packed with fresh flavors. Our server had a lot going on with some minor renovations taking place but did a great job of providing service with an A+ attitude. Cinco de Mayo definitely earned our continued business in the future. Keep up the good work!
Mextastical! The food is excellent, the service is fast with slow cooked food that warms the soul. The beers are cold and the drinks deliciously made. It's colorful, vibrant, and inviting to everyone. When you need a place that satisfies your want, this is the place your wants will be satisfied. I recommend it, if you live nearby or are traveling, stop in, sit and enjoy ?

This place is a hidden gem!!! The food is authentic, delicious, fresh and plentiful! I’m a critic of rice and beans and it is absolutely delicious here. I got the enchiladas and wow, so sooo good! The service is excellent, very attentive and professional. Owned and operated by two brothers from Mexico, it is an authentic experience to eat here including all the hand painted walls and tables. This is definitely going to be our regular Mexican spot! So stoked we found it!
