The atmosphere was great, clean, and friendly. The food was pretty good but very expensive. We paid almost $40 for 2 orders of wings and they only gave us 12 wings total. When I questioned the kitchen staff about it she said that 6 wings is one order of wings. I just looked it up online and see that 1 order of wings should have been 10 wings. We got jipped on this one and they were small so I don't recommend them not worth the price $18/ order plus tax. Game play is worth it though. Overall, we spent about $160 total for about 3hrs.
Today was very fun for my kids. Staff were friendly. One staff member even tried to win my daughter a bouncy ball. The place was very clean. Pizza was yummy. Everything was so worth it. The only thing that we really missed out on was Chuck E. coming out to see the kids. My son is 5 and was really looking forward to that part. He has been to the Chuck E. Cheese in Latham, so he knew what to expect even this time. Maybe he doesn’t come out in the earlier afternoon?It just really would of made the experience perfect. We will be coming back regardless :) hopefully Chuck E. Will be there. I will even dress up haha. Thank you so much!!

Had grandsons birthday there. Room was to small and crowded for the amount of parties going on. Person helping was not very helpful. We had to do everything ourselves. Not enough cups, plates and goodies for kids. Order 4 extra pizzas and soda for adults. Not enough seats for adults . They brought out one no plates. Had to remind them for others. Not enough time for food, cake, ice cream, meet Chuckie and to play games in 2 hours. Not fair to kids, parents and other families to get a decent party and play time for the expensive price you pay per kid for 2 hours.
We went there for my niece birthday party the lady behind the counter was rude and nasty to my kids when they were asking about the card system worked since they were not there for so long so they were confused she was nasty and give them attitude her name is katlyn I ask for the manager and his response was you should apply and work here that they short staff, she should not be working with kids there is a problem with people not working but that doesn’t mean they have to treat the kids rude because they stress I ask for a check e she look at me and give me the small one she never ask me which one so I tell her which one I wanted it and she got mad bad experience no comming back
Staff is nice and trying to make do with games that don't work and Birthday experiences that aren't up to par during post COVID. The robots didn't work when we were there, no person dressed as Chuck E because of staffing, and some games weren't operational or working correctly.
The BEST place for a kids birthday party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff are wonderful, the place is clean & comfortable, and the food was good. The kids have an awesome time playing. Everything is taken care of and the parents can actually relax. ?????? And a big thank you to Chuck E for making the kids feel so special!! ???
If I could give this chuck E. Cheese -0 that is what I give. The customer service is the worst even in all my years being a member of chuck e cheese. The cashier didn't know what she was doing. I ordered the combo #3 why did I get charged for every item as separate order large pizza large wings it took 50 minutes to complete my orders. I them wanted to use my app for a 30 minute free play I also was charged for it. The worst. The grab a ball was defected when the ball was moving back to be released for the prize the wire kept hitting the glass the dropped the ball. The girl that was letting people in said that is what it supposed to do. We play this all the time and never have I seen this. I could go on and on but this is the worst place u have ever been to.Thanks for the response from the owner unfortunately the email you gave was not correct please respond with an email that is good.
February 12, 2022. Really bad experience, a long line at the cashier waiting to order food. It took more than 40 minutes to get to the front.A lot of people that work there walking around, at the time that only one cashier was open another 4 workers were behind here and the people waiting. Why they don’t open more registers, at least two.Finally when the pizza arrived, wasn’t what I ordered, the stuffed crust was missing, the pepperoni also missing too.Sad, there is not to many places to have fun and eat around here.The best thing should be eat someplace else and then come and play. By the way several machines weren’t working properly.
The place was clean and full of things to do. All the food was good and plenty of drink options. They have wonderful staff. The experience is worth it; you have got to at least try it. I honestly can't think of a reason to give anything less then five stars. Fantastic job! It is a bit different then it used to be. They do not have paper tickets anymore it's all digital. The tubes are gone. Just if you are wondering about going, then yes you should go.
