food good! (the burger, the shrimp taco, the fajita etc)price good!service good!environment okay!draft beer? No, No, No...For the price I am paying, I like this place a lot... I go there 2-3 times a week...
This place is short staffed and run by unprofessional people. The guacamole was brownish green. No hostess!It was 4th of July so I don’t know what their situation was but they were not prepared. The food was not hot. The waiter alternated between serving food and sweeping the floor next to guess while they were eating. Restaurants have gone down dramatically since the pandemic. However, I don’t think this is new for this restaurant. This is how they function everyday. When communicating with one of the kitchen staff his tone was rough and threatening!!! Horror Show!!!
Kids favorite place for dining out. Menu is easy and the kids love the cheese curds!
Just an all round terrible experience, we were waiting a while to be sat without any recognition from anyone and they just walked passed us. The server forgot about one of the appetizers and our drinks didn’t come out until after that, we asked for a refill and did not receive it. The chicken crispers were small pieces and burnt at the ends. The garlic bread was cold and the Cajun chicken pasta tasted more like Mac n cheese then anything else. On top of all this we could here the servers speaking badly about other waitstaff beside our table. The last time we were here we got much better service and it was WAY busier than tonight. If I could give it a zero I would.
My husband and I went out to dinner at this restaurant last night. He ordered chicken fajitas and the plate look beautiful and everything was correct. I ordered the barbecue bacon burger without the onion or the pickles. When our plates were brought to the table the server put our plates down in front of us and promptly turned and started fast walking away. I yelled out that my burger was wrong. The server came back and I said that my burger was not supposed to have coleslaw on it. He said oh that’s lettuce. I said that is not the burger that I ordered off the menu. He took the plate back to the kitchen. A few minutes later the waitress came out carrying the same plate insisting that this was the burger I ordered. I told her that the burger I ordered was supposed to have two patties, not one. She brought the plate back to the kitchen came out a couple minutes later and said that the manager was making me a new burger. About 10 minutes later, she came out with a burger that was made correctly, except for the fact that I had asked for medium to medium rare, and this burger was quite well done. As she had already left, and I couldn’t see her to flag her down, I decided to just start eating the burger. When I was about halfway done she came over to ask me how everything was. I told her that the burger was well done. She offered to have the burger made again, but I really did want to get home before midnight. The restaurant was not busy. This is the first time that I have gone to a restaurant, had a problem with my order, and that the manager did not come over and apologize. I don’t think we will be going back to this particular Chili’s.
I went to Chili's Grill & Bar per my Cousin's suggestion to meet up and have lunch there.I ordered a hamburger ? and ? fries. I asked for my burger to be well done and when the waitress brought out my order my food was cooked exactly the way I wanted it. Both the burger and french fries tasted delicious. Overall, I spent about $15.00 (including tax) for my meal and iced tea. The burger was delicious and so were the French fries.The waitress was friendly and did a good job. ?The menu has a good variety of meals to choose from so chances are most people would find something that they like to eat.There is also a bar inside this restaurant that of course serves alcoholic beverages. However, I did not order any. My Cousin told me that they make good mixed drinks.The bathroom was kept clean which is good to know because you never know when you might need to use it.There's handicapped parking and the entrance is handicapped accessible.
The air was mouth watering. The food was delicious. This is an absolutely need to stop and try. Staff was quick and friendly and polite. They kept it mostly tidy; the happy warm welcoming environment was perfection. Our waitress was helpful and most polite. Definitely coming again. The prices are affordable and worth what you are getting.
The waitress started out nice then all of a sudden we didn’t see her till end of our meal . Wasn’t busy she was just to busy outside with her other coworkers. Food was burnt and cold she never came back to check on us if we needed refill drinks or nothing . I still gave her a nice tip even though she could of did better job.
Well, We sat down and we ordered a Coke and a Diet Coke the Waitress said "no reg Coke"'so I ordered a Diet Coke, when I drank it it had a very bad taste so I ordered a Lemonade which was just as bad...The waitress took our order I asked for Soup and she said "no soup today it hasn't been delivered, so I then ordered a cup of Chili their "Namesake" and the waitress returned and said sorry no Chili today.... Oh we'll strike 3 your out...We always liked this place but beware something not going well at this Chilis. We watched other customers leave and we were right behind them...The only positive is the waitress was pleasant and friendly... We hope this Poughkeepsie, NY Chili's fixes these issues we won't return until they do. Tony D
Very dirty table and chair were not cleaned or sanitized, food came our at different times. Will never go back number one reason it felt very dirty.
