I bought a bacon king burger and I had to wait 20 minutes for it and when I got it, it was just a cheese burger. This happens almost every time I go here. Would not recommend.

Friendly attendants and thoroughly cleaned. On the wall is a cubist representation of a Whopper®️ in colored bands, which is clever. Sanitized bathroom and free wi-fi. Ample parking in the lot outside. The food is good as well, and can be pre-ordered by way of an app.

Ordered in drive thru July 4th about 550pm. Had a coupon from the mail so We utilized it. We were the ONLY people there and we were told to "pull around front, our meat was cooking". No upsell, didn't ask if we're wanted anything to drink. No please or thank you.We did exactly that and proceeded to park. For ten minutes we waited. Our food came out COLD. Not luke warm. COLD! Never again will we use this establishment.

I was excited when BK was moving close by. I’m pretty sure after tonight I refuse to pay another dollar to this one again. slow service and lazy staff (except for maybe one or two of them), and sometimes cold or questionable looking food. I know it’s hard to find good help but come on!

This was a newly built Burger King. It was terrible. I don't think young kids care about quality any more. Burger was cold. I mean cold maybe cooked a hour earlier. Fries were warm but not hot and soda tasted like water. Only one other customer In restaurant yet at least 5 tables needed to be wiped down. Not ever going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a drive thru order and when I went to the window, after 5 minutes of waiting they hand me someone else's order without me paying. I tell them they are wrong and then try to charge me for the wrong meal. I tell them 3 times what I ordered and they said we don't have it so order again and drive around and wait. This was the most ridiculous thing.

The last time I went to this establishment in this new place near Shoprite, Poughkeepsie is it! I've had a few orders not filled properly, but this last one took the cake.I placed an order at the drive up. Besides waiting forever till I get the food, the girl taking my money was VERY rude. I said hello when I got to the window, no response--just closed window in my face. When handing me my change, I said "have a nice day" she looked at me, rolled her eyes and shut window in my face again. Not even a 'FU'.Oh, ALSO order wasn't right anyway! Sorry I can't give a negative mark. Had to give a 1 star to enable making this statement. Not that they deserve it.

First time I attempted to eat at this establishment I drove off after no one took my order at drive thru after waiting ten minutes. Second time was much better. Didn’t have to wait for my food and it was as fresh as any fast food. Hopefully they’ve worked out some of the kinks.

My first experience was sad.. They messed up my order and acted funny for no apparent reason. The burger was cold and made wrong. The service was off, they did move very fast but I was the only person in line, they had PLENTY of time to make it correctly Never again It’s not worth the extra 2 min drive from the fast food restaurant I usually go to when I’m in the area. Ps I like Bk just not this one.

Place the mobile order via the app and drove 30 minutes on my way to work to pick up the order. When I showed up, the staff there never received the order and said they literally couldn't do anything to help me. Rather than offer to make the food for the order since it was placed through the app and I had the receipt for it, the manager (or at least the person who looked like the manager) aggressively showed me her screen and pointed at the screen showing that no mobile orders were received. When I asked about the possibility of getting a refund since the order was paid but obviously no order was picked up, the manager just told me that she couldn't do anything and that I had to go through the app repeatedly.
