I’ve had bubbakoos 3 times and all times the food has been very delicious! The marinated chicken taste amazing. I always get the three tacos, chips & the curly fries. The curly fries with the cheese is a great combo, the cheese is always hot. Each time I’ve ordered for pickup, when I do go inside the employees are genuinely nice. Great place.
Great place to eat!! We come here very often and the staff is awesome! The manager Jesse is very friendly and always remembers us and our orders. Very personable and he is definitely the reason we keep coming back and ensures that we have a positive experience every time. Marissa and Maya also have helped us out and they are both very helpful and ensuring our order is correct. Definitely recommend this place to eat and location!!
I am a regular at Bubbakoos since they are located, conveniently, next to my house. I have had the great pleasure of getting to know the awesome staff and trying almost every item on the menu. Honestly, the food couldn't be better. They give large portions that can serve for multiple meals. The kitchen is clean, and I've even seen the workers scrubing the doors when the restaurant was slow. The bathroom was even spotless. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants high quality food, but at an affordable price.
Menu is very vague as well as photos. My husband ordered way too much food because of this. Chips are tasteless we didn't eat them. The empanada was delicious and the chiwawa or whatever it was was meh. The place was spacious and clean. The staff not very friendly.
Was recommended by a friend so we had to give it a try. Jesssie and Jessica were both very professional. Jessie told me everything I needed to know about the menu and Jessica prepared and served it to perfection. We will definitely be back!
I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this location. The food is always delicious and fresh. The staff and management is exceptionally friendly and is always happy to answer all of my questions and special requests when ordering. Chipotle has NOTHING on Bubbakoo’s. Try it yourself!
I had the displeasure of eating at this location, not only did the place look dirty but I told them the food I got seemed old and dried out, they took it and gave me a “new” one, which was pretty much the same thing I sent back but in a different container. Save yourself the trouble and don’t eat here.
First time at this eatery and it certainly won't be my last. The hibachi steak bowl was very flavorful. Lots of different options I'd like to try for future visits
Was just having a really bad day and came to Bubbakoo's at the end of the night and all the workers were still smiling, friendly, and very helpful. Chris had a great smile the while time, Jesse was incredibly nice, Jose was very helpful, and Ruth is like a ray of sunshine, she should be the face of the company. At most places, their employees would be rushing Us out because it was literally 2 minutes before closing, but not these employees. I couldn't believe how great I felt leaving there. I totally forgot why I was upset and that means a lot about customer service. This was My first time coming there and I will definitely be back along with Family and Friends. I recommend this establishment to anyone who wants great food and great customer service.
Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with my partner and was absolutely blown away at how delicious it was. Staff were super friendly and fun to talk with, I have to say this blows Chipotle out of the water. We will definitely be returning.
