We wanted so much to like it. We loved the establishment that was here before. Service was great and drinks were great and it ended there. I had the smashburger, yes I understand it's a thin burger but it was deli meat thin and the roll was so stale it was like eating a burger between 2 croutons. The waitress noticed it vaporizing as I ate it and asked to get a manager but at that point we had seen all we needed and my 15 bucks back wasn't saving the experience. My wife had the fried chicken which was described as below average or boring. Basically we could have saved 100 bucks and made better food at home. Moral of the story go for a drink and an app, there are so many better places to eat even right around the corner.
Service: 100% on point. One of the best service experiences I’ve had.Food: 95% on point. The smash burger has fantastic flavor. It was juicy and cooked perfectly! The meat to bread ratio was off. A little too much bread for the burger. But not a deal breaker.My wife wanted a gluten free bun. It turned out to be slices of gluten free bread. It would be nice to have gluten free burger buns. Again, not a deal breaker for us.Definitely will go back again!
We were so very happy with our whole experience at Bluestone. The staff were all lovely and our server Molly took great care of us. The drinks were delicious and the food was wonderful! We had the corn fritters and chips and dip and both were excellent. We also had the eggs benedict and the bluestone breakfast. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the flavors were on point. We couldn’t help ourselves and ordered dessert. The cobbler and waffle sundae were the perfect ending to our meal. Just delicious. We loved the ambiance on the patio and the restaurant is tastefully decorated and maintained. We will be back! Highly recommend!
One of the best new restaurants around. All of the staff are super personable and friendly. Ian, the manager is absolutely amazing. He’s always out helping the servers and checking up on the customers. The food and drinks are also impeccable. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Love you, Bluestone!
I came here last night to try it out and had a phenomenal experience. Food was amazing, place is well designed, and got great service from Liz and Ian! If you want to treat yourself on a weekend night in pk, this is my top recommendation! Definitely would go there again!
My salmon dinner was absolutely perfect. My guest’s Cobb salad was massive and fresh. Service was excellent. Beautiful place, cozy but bright. Great craft beer selections.
We are so happy to have a new addition in Arlington. The staff at Bluestone is super-friendly, and we’ve already been a handful of times. There are a couple of things that would bring this place up a couple of notches. First, the news should be off at dinner hours, if not the whole TV. Also, there were some specials that were available in our first visit that were incredible and could be on the menu…grilled branzino? A tiny bit more variety in the mains and apps (charcuterie?) and Bluestone will get its fifth star from us!
The atmosphere was nice and the drink I ordered was fantastic but when the food came out it just completely missed the mark. We both ordered the burger for lunch and it was dry. Like Popeyes biscuit dry. If not for the 7 tomato’s and the surplus of ketchup it wouldn’t have tasted like much either. It was basically just at tomato sandwich for $16. After the staff took our nearly full dishes back we ordered a dessert (dessert was alright). Instead of taking even just one burger off they decided instead to give us our $9 dessert on the house…maybe because it’s new it just needs time to get better, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of restaurants of this caliber around the area and Ive yet to leave those places with an empty stomach and a bad review.
The food is phenomenal + the drinks are out of this world! The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere can't be beat. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Do yourself several favors and order the cauliflower tempura, fried chicken sandwich, and finish it all off with the chocolate peanut butter and jelly spice cake dessert. Everything was delicious and the mocktail menu was a fabulous bonus for my very pregnant self. Highly recommend!!!
