Waited 20 minutes just for a waitress to come take our drink order and it was only when we complained that other people had gotten their orders taken even though they showed up after us. We order a few of the speciliaty drinks with alcohol and you couldn't taste the alcohol at all. It just tasted like a kids drink. Our waitress was nice and attentive so I can't complain about her service.
We had the combo app platter & the salad topped with chicken. The combo app was tasty, but the salad was brown on multiple pieces of lettuce. & the carrots pieces looked dry. Our server was nice & offered to have it remade, but as I was with my kids...I just picked out the pieces instead of waiting.
Prices went up, food portions went down. Paid almost $20.00 for each dinner meal that was kid menu portioned sized! Food was over cooked, didn't taste fresh and was extremely salty. The table was sticky and beer was not cold. They used to serve beer in a frozen glass. The beer mug smelled funny and the beer also tasted funny. I would have gave this review 0-stars if not for the waitress who was pretty good. Food Quality has plummeted big-time. I don't care if prices go up a bit but to go backwards with everything else is not worth going to dinner outside the home and spending money for poor quality food.
If I could do 0 stars I would do it. We order carside online and we called the number 4 times and when they finally picked up they said we have to go inside to get the food. When we finally got home there were not fries for my daughters order, called the restaurant and been waiting in the line for the manager for 17 minutes. Not answer from the manager. Will never order from this restaurant again. Check your order before you leave the restaurant.
It's my son's favorite restaurant,he loves their chicken tenders Mozzarella sticks and French fries.
Food is always delicious and has not yet disappointed. Staff are always very nice and very patient. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because they are so understaffed that the wait to either be seated, have your order taken, or get the check is lengthy. The servers definitely are doing their best while remaining pleasant, but these poor servers need some help.A note for others - the world is short staffed. Be kind to those who showed up.
Ordered a to go order and it was the worst food ever. Everything was still frozen. Fries looked like they were leftovers from the day before or maybe taken from another plate. The health dept should definitely check on this location. How can you offer a service and serve food that is poorly made. I would never let my dog eat thisnasty cold meal. I won’t ever be ordering from this dump ever again. The manager lacked any type of customer service skills. His explanation of the poorly made food was maybe it sat in my car too long. Take my advice skip this applebees. look at the other reviews. DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.
I really would appreciate not getting the bottom portion of the nacho chips. I legit got nothing but chipped chips hidden underneath the top of my food. That's dirty y'all. Don't do that to your customers please.
Went in for dinner, the place was short staffed. Totally fine, I understand that. However, we sat there for 45 minutes and weren't approached by anyone, couldn't order drinks, nothing. And the manager was just standing at the bar not helping his servers. Won't be going back.
Honestly this place is just terrible. They microwaved the mashed potatoes and completely cannot temp steaks. The only saving grace was the friendly waitress, who should take her bubbly personality to a place that does quality work.
