I loved it here! Online ordering was easy and my food was ready by the time I got there. I decided to order something else in store and I didn't find the system to be complicated. It was straight forward and easy to customize, which I appreciate as a picky eater. There were many friendly, helpful employees and everything seems organized. It is more up-scale pricing, but you're getting much better quality meats and cheeses and they didn't skimp out at all in terms of quantity. I felt I got my moneys worth easily. This is the type of food you can't just buy at stop and shop, plus eastdale village is all higher end stuff. This fits into the area. Definitely come hungry! The mozzarella plate (with prosciutto and balsamic glaze) as well as the Cobb salad were amazing!!!
The sandwiches are quite expensive. (Approximately $15 each) The system to place an order is complex, and in spite of a large staff, the service is rather slow and not particularly friendly.
