This cafe functions like Panera Bread... Pay for your order, take a seat and they bring it out to you. Went for breakfast this morning and had 'The Lumberjack' - two eggs, hash browns, bacon and 3 short-stack blueberry pancakes along with coffee and an orange juice. Two such breakfasts cost just $27 (or one breakfast for $13.50) - not bad considering diners are charging $45 ($22.50 for one). Best of all it was delicious. No more diners or other expensive places, Adams Cafe is now my go to place for breakfast on the weekend. Highly recommend.
Foods good, service is great. Always go Saturday morning and the the person that checks me out is always there with a smile. Shout out to the cooks!!

Hubby and I have lived near Adam's our entire lives and have never eaten at the Cafe before. What a great surprise, it's delicious. Although,they did put mayo on my sandwich even though they weren't supposed to. They made me a new BLT lickety split. Would definitely go back again
It is a bit hard to find. The food is very decent for a place like that. They are very strict about stopping serving breakfast at 11am?
Best vegetarian burger in Poughkeepsie! They prepare their Beyond Burger *perfectly* and the bun and fixings are delicious. I’ve been unhappily without a Favorite Burger since BurgerFi closed, so I am overjoyed to be able to get veg. burgers at Adams Cafe from now on!
