If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Devastated because I really liked their Kronos wrap I have ordered it maybe 20 times. I received my order with a side of cockroach. Threw up my food and now have a new fear of ordering food from restaurants. Disgusted.
I can understand and longer than average delivery time on a Saturday night. I understand that sometimes the wrong order delivered. What baffles me is how poor the customer service is when trying to respectfully correct the order. I called to say that the $70 order was completely wrong and asked if they could send us the right food. They could not manage to write the correct order down and I had to repeat myself half a dozen times for each item that was wrong. I hate being that guy who writes negative reviews, especially when the food is good! Ownership should address this issue and perhaps assign more seasoned staff to resolve customer issues. Hoping they do so.
Always good food. We like the chicken gyro and souvlaki sandwich.
Here is an idea. How about putting chicken in chicken gyro. Mine was mostly lettuce

I never write reviews anywhere but is not the first time this happens and should be addressed.Not doing a review on the food because it is actually good but the delivery is horrible!! I understand there’s more houses to deliver to but to take 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES to deliver when is literally a 8minute drive from the restaurant to my home? That’s ridiculous!The food comes cold by that time and it just loses the crunchy texture. I made my order at 7:30pm and is now 9pm and still no food. How irritating.. even tho I like the food, I probably won’t order again.
First time ordering from Yummy Gyro and I was very happy. Everything was delicious. Even my daughters who are super picky enjoyed the food. Will definitely be ordering again.
Loved the lunch special! Greek salad was fresh and crispy and the lentil soup was perfect, even the pita was much better than what I've had elsewhere. Everything came well organized with tsatsiki sauce and salad dressing. And I could barely finish it!
Very good food. The service is a bit slow, so don't go if you are in a hurry. The food is worth waiting for.
Had the family combo. It was lacking for 4 people. 65/4=16.25 pp plus tax. You expect a little more than what you got. The spicy feta was extremely over salted, we threw it out while the babaganoush was completely bland (not salted which is at least edible). Small side salad came with it and the dressing was either spoiled or just didnt taste right.
