Best Chinese I’ve had in Port Washington. Both steamed and fried dumplings were light and flavorful. Duck Fried Rice was delicious, and the Stir Fried Lamb was outstanding. I’m going back for more!

Went to Ivory Kitchen with my wife and son. The restaurant is very small and cozy, probably around 6 or 7 tables. The staff was super friendly and was on hand to answer questions and explain dishes instantaneously with the slightest nod. Service was excellent as well. Pot of tea was kept filled and hot and constantly poured into tea cups by waiter. Food was served timely and hot. For dinner, we started with Black Fungus with Wasabi sauce, and gluten free pan fried vegetable dumplings. Both were excellent. Our main courses included Pineapple fried rice with chicken, Stir fried beef with special flavor, and Sautéed Chinese Broccoli and chicken with wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back to explore the menu further. I highly recommend Ivory Kitchen, especially if you like menu items that are a little different than typical traditional Chinese.

This place is so stinking cute and delish. After a really stressful evening we decided to find a place to get some take out. We found this place on google and it was exactly what we needed. They are small but explained how everything is made fresh and so it would take a little bit to make the food. We offered to sit and have some appetizers while we wait and I’m so happy we did. The rose tea is to die for and is imported directly from China. The food was so good. I’m definitely going to come back to try the dine in only dishes next time. Another table had ordered the fish and it looked amazing.

Enjoyed a great dinner from this new spot in town. The pork soup dumplings were as good as I’ve had in Shanghai. Will definitely be returning.

It was our first time eating at Ivory Kitchen & it won’t be our last! We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant & the staff was so friendly! My husband and I agree we could eat that soup everyday. We ordered the fried squid as our appetizer, which was so crispy & delicious, and the double cooked pork and the beef noodle soup were amazing. This is easily one of the best restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it!!

Ordered the curry chicken lunch special today. The potatoes and carrots were under cooked very hard. Very skimpy with there food for 13 dollars.

This is so far the best beef noodle soup I ever had!! The texture of beef and spicy level and sweetness of the soup are perfect!! Love it!

Finally an authentic Chinese restaurant in town! Saves us trips to Little Neck and Flushing. Everything we ordered was amazing and we’ll be coming here often!

We had all of the dine-in only dishes, the Szechuan beef noodles. The duck breast is a must try if dining-in. The style of beef noodle is not very common and a rare find for those who like to have spect in their food, you will not regret it.The spicy crab hotpot is definitely worth ordering if you are good at peeling your own crustaceans, it’s delicious and has a hint of Tom yum for those that like Thai style broth. Although it is recommended to call ahead and inquire about the crab hotpot availability due to their limited daily supply. The BBQ fish is actually grilled, unlike most places that deep fry their fish prior to mixing it with stir fried veggies in sauce, the mix of flavors is likely something you have never tasted anywhere in NY before. It is also the most spicy dish out of everything we ordered, great for the adventurous and those who like to try exotic things. All the dishes are quite generous portions, good spot for those with a healthy appetite. If I was on my own, the beef noodle alone, the fish alone or 1.5 of the two appetizers would have made a more than enough meal. The crab hotpot would easily feed 2-3.Because we visited during their soft opening period, we were also treated with a few things on the house, great dining experience for a Christmas Eve.

This five star review is for the main dish I ordered…The Yunan Rice Cake…yum!!! A touch of spice..a touch of sweet…fresh spinach, rice cake, red pepper, pork, chicken…very tasty…I will update when after I have tried some other dishes.
