First & Last time I order from them. I ordered take out and waited for food while there it was lukewarm and ready in 10mins! This tells me the food is NOT freshly prepared but already made and reheated! The rice was extremely too dark and the chicken was not fresh!! I do not understand how this place has a 4 star rating. If you want to have authentic fresh food go to Bergen County in NJ well worth it!!I just relocated from NJ to Port Washington July 2021 & have not found a good Chinese restaurant! This is the 2nd Chinese restaurant we have tried we give up!Very disappointed ?
Been coming here for years. Great food and staff!!! I highly recommend the boneless ribs.
This is definitely my favorite Chinese takeout, the food is delicious. Their chicken fried rice is unbelievable, I devour it so quick. The staff is very friendly, they greet me and soon as i walk in the door! 10/10
I just enjoyed their food. I always get good service here. The place is always clean and the workers are always very friendly. Keep up the good work.

Something has changed with the style of food here. Heavy handed with way too much sauce, fried rice dry with odd coloring. Maybe it was a one off but definitely don't recommend.
I love Gum How. Best egg foo young and fried rice in the area.Cash payments only and no delivery are my only disappointments with Gum How, but somehow I think I'll survive.
