Really wanted to love this spot but half the handles were not working - including European tart. Cereal was sticking together. Not sure if I would try again
Self serve fro yo station, sometimes features ice cream and changes the fro yo flavors every so often.More toppings than you'll ever need.They charge by weight of the cup.
Increddibly rude. I always heard horrible opinions about the staff at 16 handles in my town but wanted to give it a chance and made the mistake of going. Safe to say I am not coming back. The manager Wendy gave me the worst attitude when I said I wanted to decide what toppings to put on my acai bowl, she said to decide from the regular acai bowls and to just choose one. I told her in other locations the staff let me decide what toppings to get on my acai bowl and she laughs at my face saying "REallY?" and rolled her eyes at me. I kept calm the entire time trying to just get my acai bowl but I'm definitely not going to this place again. Worst experience!!! it was not even busy for them to be so rude and rush me trough the payment process.
lots of good ice cream flavor ptions, I especially liked strawberry shortcake. great topping variety. only thing I'd suggest is service could be a bit better. the cashier wasn't very friendly.

Love this place. Would have given 5 stars but for one time I bought a ready made pint and it was all freezer burn and inedible. Get it fresh each time, delicious and refreshing...

Such a sexy environment, love these workers so smooth. Worker, Ava, reminded me of a sweet plum. Her charming almost sea cliff actions, that masculine laugh of hers brought a smile to my face. Loved to see it! Polished reeses dough, so juicy in this tooty! thanks for the gas, -billa ;)
great place with pleaser staff. i miss skyler paul and yoni and deena. but, ava daversa has a grand caboose and she’s a great worker! however i had to remove a star due to the fact that you guys no longer have the reece’s cookie dough it was splendid plz bring it back thanks!!
