Very good bagels!It looks like you need to be a bit pushy ro to order one nobody will ever take your order. But they have a big variety of spreads and bagels, so def recommend
They messed my whole order up. 2 BEC ON PLAIN BAGEL with SPK. No Ketchup. Bacon on only HALF the sandwich. Asked for 2 plain French toast bagels. Paid for my food(left a TIP). Checked the bag. Bagels were missing. and food messed up. Wasn't busy only 2 other customers in the store. Told her I wish I could take my TIP back!! Won't be returning
Best NY bagels in Westchester
I have been going to bagel emporium for almost 2 decades, since they were located at the old Caldor shopping center. This location is way better than the one in Tarrytown, much better and fresher bagels. The only problem I’ve ever encountered here was them not toasting my bagel enough but I made a comment about it one day and they refunded me which was totally unexpected and very thoughtful of them. I still come here on a weekly basis and absolutely love their food. My family and I are customer for life.

I had a disappointing experience with an online order and they fixed it so quickly and refunded me as well! The bagels are the best around and now I can honestly say their service matches! They will continue to be my top choice for bagels!
Sept 2021, came here for an Egg on a Roll, with crispy Bacon and coffee. This Bagel Shop is off the main road, so it is easily missed. We where surprised to find this shop here. We always go to the Bagel Emporium in Tarrytown or Armonk, NY. The service here was fast and the women who worked behind the counter were friendly, and fast. The Egg on a Roll tasted just fine, but the coffee was not hot which was disappointing. The inside of the shop is a smaller version of the one in Tarrytown and Armonk. Also, the interior of the place could use sprucing up, to make it look just like the other locations.

Yummy, fresh bagels only a bit expensive. Good, competent workers. No ambiance to speak of.
