So I ordered on Uber eats and waited over two hours for my order because Taco Bell was still preparing the order. Then when I finally was receiving my order, my delivery person gave it to someone who ended up stealing my order. So I was refunded from the app and then re-ordered. I waited another hour for my delivery person to call me and tell me that Taco Bell was refusing to make my order bc it was already picked up. Yet I had reordered it and paid for it AGAIN. I’m not sure what the issue is and how why they are refusing to remake my order. They told my delivery person that I ordered it too many times so they were refusing to make it. What kind of bs is that?! If I’m paying for an order it shouldn’t matter how many times I ordered it. This place is trash. And extremely unprofessional. Wow is all I can say. Horrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I traveled 15mins to this place twice a week. Sometimes the lines are long but no miss up on the orders yet
Ordered from here this morning. 1 chicken quesadilla, 1 steak breakfast burrito and 1 steak burrito combo w gatoraide....and found a blue plastic surgical glove in my bag. You need to get rid of the kitchen staff that was working today morning or review the footage and find out how a surgical glove was put in someone bag especially with covid going on.
