11:10 PM… you pull up to the speaker and a female who sounds high as a kite tells you that they only have sandwiches but as you drive around the building, you can clearly see all the chicken that’s in there and the manager with the long ponytail as well has on no headset and you pull around again and she tells you they’re not selling the chicken that’s in there because they’re only selling sandwiches… so you guys are going to sell it tomorrow morning is the only thing I can think of. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
On my most recent visit, I bought a chicken sandwich, price was 50 cents higher than it used to be a couple of months ago. They refused to give me a cup of just ice by itself. Even refused when I asked for water afterwards, which is usually given in a very small courtesy cup or senior citizen cup, They claimed they had neither. I told them that I just wanted tap water, however they refused and instead wanted me to buy a bottle of water. I've been here before and had other issues too. I love Popeyes, but this location needs better employees and management. They are lucky that there isn't another Popeye's anywhere nearby, which forces me to continue to come here.
The staff are horrible. They do not know how to work their mobile site orders. This is the second time they have been rude when I the customer did not wrong. They have me someone else’s order.Hung the phone up in my face. Straight ignorant people even the supervisor’
Fraudulent charges!! Beware!! Went to drive thru and paid with debit. 2 days later noticed 2 different charges on my debit card. For original $11 amount then for an additional $14. called and was told by manager that it’s not possible and was hung up on. contacted corporate and said they would contact restaurant. 2 months later. nothing!!! watch your statements if you go here and pay with a card.
possibly the worst popeyes i have eaten from, my fries were soggy, my chicken wings were more like chicken stubs. My breast was completely dried up and there was minimal breading...my biscuit was hard and dry
Prices are a little inflated. Sides are very little. Paid around $50 for 8 pcs and they only gave me one little side. I think you can get more vale for your money at other places.
Chicken was ok, did not like the canjun fries not spicy enough also the canjun gravy was ok!!
Be very careful to check your bank statements if you use a debit card. went through drive thru on January 8. And got charged my order and another amount as well, more than my order. when contacting the management I was told it’s not possible and was hung up on. Contacted corporate and have been told they are looking in to it but now just crickets. BEWARE!!
Customer service is the worst they treat people very bad if you order food to go they don’t wrap the food and drink if you ask them to pls cover the drink the manager come and insult you I need to report this restaurant to sanitation and also to corporate for verbal abuse from the manager
Just ordered via Grubhub. Did not receive Sweet tea like I asked and also received raw chicken. Do better.
