I placed an order online. When I went to pick it up, the owner said he didn't make it, but it went through. He told me he would make it now. I drove 20 min to pick up my pizza and now you want me to wait for it. It was suppose to be ready when I got there. I can't wait another 20 min. I told him cancel and left very upset. I will never be back here again. It seemed like the owner didn't really care.
How should I compare this papa johns then the ones back in southern California. If I was able to give customer service and pizza quality 10 stars, I would do so. Not sure if the older gentleman was the owner, judging by the front door sign of "family owned" business, the gentlemen had great customer service and was a very nice person. He had offered me other pizzas for a price that was affordable but I was not able to finish all the pizza so I had kindly declined. My girlfriend is very picky on food especially pizza, she was in love with the pizza. She stated the pizza was made the way pizza is suppose to be made. Happy girlfriend, happy life. I give this papa johns 5/5 stars. Will highley come back.
The Thin Crust Gluten Free Pizza is both tasty and filling! The jalapeño poppers are very tasty and reasonably priced!
I stopped by to pickup a small pie. Indian guy was extremely rude and demanded a tip. Avoid this place. Extremely dirty counter and prep tables. Floor was dirty.
terrible. toppings were wrong. terrible service. pizza was cold. there’s definitely better pizza out there.
Service by pizza maker is not the best. Pretty soon it will be like pizza hut in new rochelle that went out of business for service.Do dining allowed + Dirty Tables

Been a customer of PJ since forever lol. The place I call when in the mood for Pizza since long time ago. Love the Pizza, love the extras. Not for nothing Papa J exist for so many years. Not amazing, but good enough for me and my friends.
Great piazza grate flavor delivery is average it’s a pretty good shop .although thereis better local pizza shops in the area
