THIS “restaurant” IS THE WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED. FRIES ARE DISGUSTING FULL OF GREASE AND STAIL. THE RICE IS NOT FULLY COOLED ALONG WITH THE VEGETABLES. THE LADY WHO TAKES THE ORDERS ALWAYS HS AN ATTITUDE AND IS RUDE. I DO NIT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER. TOO BAD I DIDN'T TAKE PICTURES SOONER.

The meal is very tasty and the service is also very good
the food tasted off, Like chicken was not fresh. Ended up just eating the rice might want to check the expropriation date! The rice was good

We order from here all the time but I think there are new owners. I placed an order on the phone and when I went to pick it up, the woman at the register wasn't wearing a mask. I let it go, but then I saw the cook also was not wearing a mask. By this point, the woman had run my credit card. I told her I wasn't taking the food because no one in the restaurant was wearing a mask. She apologized and sort of gestured that she had just pulled her mask down. I said that I understand, but the person handling the food also wasn't wearing one. So then she pulled up Google translate on her phone and wrote that the food was already ready. I used Google to tell her I wanted a refund. She then verbally told me I was wasting her time and then used Google to tell me that I am wasting her food and should never come back (not a problem!). She then took quite a while to figure out how to issue a refund. The previous owners were very nice but based on recent reviews, customer service is not a high priority for the new ones, nor is the health and safety of their customers.
In total terrible customer service especially they don't understand English hangs up the phone calls
Horrible customer service at this restaurant, and they are very rude. I was in Port Chester for a funeral, and this restaurant messed up my family’s order. When we called to inform them, they hung up on us. We called right back, another person answered and said we had the wrong number. Ridiculous!! My aunt went there to rectify, and they were still combative. You do not treat customers this way. We usually patronize this restaurant every time we visit. However, this is the last time!
