I would never normally give a negative review for a small business and never for just one bad experience. The woman who runs this place is the RUDEST! I love the pizza but after so many bad experiences this will be our last time ordering from there. I just ordered 3 pizzas and a salad and ONLY the salad was delivered. Most businesses would make it right but not them. Their response was basically tough luck and they couldn’t care less. My son is special needs and is in a full tantrum because he was supposed to get pizza and can’t just simply get over it. They actually suggested that I replace the order and then in an hour and a half they will deliver the old pizzas they have ready for us right now. Or I can come get it. So pack up my newborn and my special needs child and come get the pizza that will now be two hours old and pay full price. So many people in this community have had similar or worse experiences. With so many other restaurants around who care for their customers I highly suggest a restaurant that will treat you better. Antonio’s, Frankie and louies, t&js, roddys, Frank’s, villa rustica just to name a few who work so hard for the customer experience.

This place is a Port Chester legend for pizza. Rightfully so. But a train wreck of a dine-in experience.Grab a pie but get it to go.
Sat at the bar as the other tables were taken by local/regulars. Great service from Alana! Happy to sit at the bar in the future.
Pizza was fantastic. My only complaint was the size of the large is not very big. Next time I'll have to order 2.
