I went here awhile back. But the horrible customer service I experienced has caused me to never come back. I ordered online for pick up. The server assumed that I was there as a delivery person for grubhub or whatever food delivery service right off the bat. I wondered if it was my skin color. First rule of customer service, try not to make assumptions about the customers you don’t know and ask. After saying I was there to pick up my pizza that I ordered online, the server continued to have a rude tone when he couldn’t determine where my order was or whether it was ready. As Bronx native I recommend taking the drive to the actual Arthur Ave near Fordham where you get better customer service, food and much better treatment.
I had a worst experience ever. Me & my boyfriend was pick a order & this disrespectful WHITE man with glasses didn’t want to give us a bag because he said my boyfriend is black
I visited this place last night while in town from South Carolina. I was trying to try as many Sicilian pies as possible while I was up that way. I split a piece of Sicilian and tried a slice of pepperoni. I thought the pepperoni slice was good but it could’ve been cooked a little longer to crisp it up some. It was also a little bit greasier than what I was used to. The Sicilian piece was pretty good with the extra sauce on top. This probably could have been a little bit crispier too but it was still tasty. It was good and now that I know I would come back and ask for everything to be left in just a little longer.

I think they do a nice job, flavor is fine and employees are very friendly and attentive. .my only real critique comes from the size of the pizza. I used to love getting pizza from here because the slices were huge and cheesy. I used to have a hard time finishing two slices but with the adjustments made, I can eat four... and with the prices increasing to $22 for a large pie. It's been a bit tough buying something smaller for a larger price. Can't blame them considering inflation and all that.
Best pizza in town! The crust is amazing and cooked to perfection and their red sauce is soooooo good and I don’t even like red sauce. 10/10 highly recommend. The restaurant atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming.
Ordered for pickup they said 30 minutes so I showed up 30 minutes later and paid , waited another 30 minutes inside and still no order but my pizza has been sitting there for 40 minutes while I waited for the salad and sandwich . All the while they keep telling people calling for pickup to come in 30 minutes . If you tell the truth and say one hour some people may order somewhere else, but you didn’t . So now my dinner is ruined and I won’t be ordering or dinning in anymore. You should always be honest with your customers
Always a great go to. Wings are great and they do have the best personal pepperoni pizza anywhere.
These jokers have suddenly turned a large into a medium. Look at the size of this on a plate. All to scam on the price. What a joke. Go back to real sized pizzas.
My sister and I stopped by for lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean. You must wear a mask and there are safety dividers. You can eat in as well.
