Quickly becoming our favorite pizza and wing place in Plattsburgh. The little touches added to the mild, medium and hot sauces are just fantastic.
Not the same quality as before. Lettuce was soggy and bread was soggy. Not a the usual good sub☹️
they have delivered to my house multiple times tonight i was informed they don't deliver here. Your loss onto a pizza place that will. Always gave generous tips almost feel like this is personal??
Hats off to tonight’s crew. Our order to-go wasn’t quite right and they made it right and then some. mistakes happen - great customer service is work and a commitment! Thank you!
In life...things happen...mistakes are made. The true test of a server is how life's little mistakes are fixed and our server was FABULOUS!! Five people ordered the Friday 1/2 price calzone...and only 4 were made by the kitchen. Apologies were made, a piece of pizza was given to "hold him over" and the late arriving calzone was removed from our bill.
Not impressed with this place. There was a mask mandate and walked in there and after sitting down realized no one had a masks on none of the waitresses. Way to go and spread that Covid around. Pizza we ordered was over cooked and very sparse on the toppings. You have lost my business. Losers

At the last minute, decided to order from Zachary's. First, at the end of the ordertaking, the phone person said "We'll get it in soon". I had to ask what that meant and when it would be ready. Was told 30 minutes. When I got there, was very surprised that no one was wearing masks, not any of the staff nor customers. Got home and while the pizza was relatively good, it was cold. The "jumbo wings" look like they were taken from a baby chick. In addition, they were extremely dry. The didn't put in any of the sauces - good thing we had some home. The fried mushrooms, were overdone. Was there for a pickup order.As I said in the title: Never Again!
Great food, the staff is what made our visit very special. The waitress was extremly friendly and we didnt wait long for our food. Good atmosphere to dine in. Hats off and 2 thumbs up ??
