A couple of times they've forgotten to put the extra sauces I ordered in the bag, but I simply check the order now to make sure everything is there. MY question is how the hell does someone know what a piece of scalp looks like, and where's the photo? You can believe if I found human flesh in my food, there'd be a picture. I call BS.
This taco bell is slow, i understand it’s understaffed but over 30 minutes at fast food is a little much! I hear the WHITE people there saying racist terms, derogatory language, and being disrespectful all over. The people there do nothing but stare, flirt, and try to get in your business customer or not. I have witnessed that they had employees screaming at each other over masks, bugs, cleaning, anything. What kind of business let’s their employees treat each other with such disrespect? Food was not worth it. Will not support this business that treats their employees like this!
Told the lady taking my order multiple times to add a drink refused too.. went to the window took my food and left... I've gotten a serious amount of orders made wrong here with stuff on it I've asked for to be removed and while I was at the window they were yelling about bugs being in the food and food service area. I'll be letting everyone close to me know to avoid the place and people working here, they obviously are not equipped with the ability to work here nor do they want too I've worked food service for 4+ years and never treated people the way I was treated today.
Service is terrible. All the young boys don't do their job. Instead they stare at any girl who walks into store. Took me 30 minutes to get a hot coffee that wasn't even made correctly.
Would give it zero if I could.It is without question the absolute slowest place to get food in the north country. You could drive to Mexico and grab a meal in the time you'll wait in the drive thru
3 soft taco supreme were cleanly made and stayed together and warm upon drive through.
We order through the app and picked up at the drive through. This may be of but I held back a star because we drive from Vermont to Plattsburgh to try the wild strawberry and blue raspberry tropical drinks only to have the machine be down. It was disappointing. When we asked about it we couldn't get a clear answer as to why. However, the food we ordered was good and they subbed other drinks for the ones ordered. Overall it was good, just a disappointment after a long drive.
If you ask extra for anything (my case was beef and cheese on tacos) they do not sprinkle a bit on...its like double. Very busy here but never got a wrong order or anything.
Had a breakfast burrito that way tasty and filling. Much lager than I was expecting for the price. I'm no a regular customer so I was pleasantly surprised.
Normally I order 3 Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches for my Fiance' the way they are and 2 Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches with Nacho Cheese instead of the Spicy Ranch for myself because I don't like the Ranch sauce. Every single time I order these they NEVER mark which one is which. I'd expect them to at least mark the 2 with Nacho cheese on them but they never do for some reason and I have to open each package up to see which one is which before my Fiance' and I can eat them. This time the workers dropped the ball and all 5 of these were put together sloppily, they normally are put together well but I did notice that the girl and the guy making my order were goofing off and of course none of these were marked which always irritates me. How hard is it to put a N for Nacho Cheese on the 2 with the Nacho Cheese on them? Or something like that! I've gotten to the point to where I don't think I'll be going back to Taco Bell because they never can get my order marked or done right. I normally love this Taco Bell but I'm tired of the same thing happening all the time.
