Yesterday January 31st I ordered a pizza and 16 boneless wings. The cheese on the pizza was burnt and there was barely to no sauce. The wings were soggy and my family did not appreciate it.
The manager was at the counter and literally put his hands in his mouth while helping a customer in front of us. No one in the kitchen were wearing masks, nor was the manager at the cash register. They even had a sign up saying people don't need to wear a mask, which I get that they can't force customers to wear a mask (though every single one I saw was), they are required to make sure their employees and management are. I am vaccinated and boosted, but I work with children and help my older grandmother, and cannot afford to potentially give others Covid because of Pizza Hut's negligence. I left shortly after we were seated, and I'd recommend you avoid this place atm for your own safety too.
well one thing i didnt like is my grandkids wanted 1 cheese pizza and that was that but i order 2 things cheese and i think sausage and paid 12 dollars my pizza was 3 toppings for 10.00. i think kids should have been 11 dollars.
The pizza was very dry the garlic butter tasted old the cheese was crunchy I was not very happy with my meal. I think we deserve a gift card or a really fresh pizza.
Food is always done for when you order, they have never messed up my order. Workers are always nice and friendly. All around great experience
Got the gluten-free crust with all the veggies and jalapenos to boot... Delicious. Hot. And hostess was honest enough to warn us that there could be no guarantees that the crust was COMPLETELY allergy-free. MY fussy wife did a double- take, but told her to bring it on-- we were starved; and I am versed in resuscitation methods and can drive fast...to the hospital if need be. All's well that ends well. We will go back soon.
Once an employee and I see the quality continue at a strong level and I live the panned pizza and that you can build it from scratch with all your preferences. Delivery is also always quick and friendly.

I was mostly quite surprised and pleased that when ordering a thin and crispy....that is exactly what I got! Thin, flavorful and an excellent "tool" for getting the fresh and abundant toppings to my waiting mouth! First time in over a decade that ANY other establishment delivered what Pizza Hut did on my first order! Happy customer....
Pizza was delicious. Attender was very kind and nice to us. All positivity and quality food.
