I loved Panera Bread.. order often.. today was just the last straw.. EVERY TIME I have placed a curb side, always, ALWAYS something wrong. I understand mistakes happen but EVERY SINGLE TIME.. no, it's unacceptable. Today after yet again, another mess up and multiple items at that, a 2 inch piece of plastic was pulled out of one of our sandwiches, I'm just glad it wasn't in one of my children's sandwiches.. I understand places are understaffed and mistakes happen but after not getting any compensation for the multiple mess ups prior to today and then this.. that's it.. will NOT GO AGAIN.
Two stars because this Panera consistently gives me less than a full sandwich. The Turkey Avocado BLT didn’t even have any Avocado in it. The chicken noodle soup was good and the bowl was full. I choose Panera wherever I travel and my experience always is a sandwich that looks like the picture on the menu or better with more filling: not here!
Orders are consistently wrong/missing parts. Soup containers from drive thru are often not closed all the way and are troublesome to have to fiddle with in the car
Would be nice if the people working in lobby actually did something :)
Are not open late enough on weekends. Would love to get some warm soup on cold nights like this after grocery shopping

I am only giving this a 1 because you can’t give it no stars. Went through the drive thru they had us pull up took 40 minutes to get our food. My husband went inside to see what the wait was and the manager says well it’s a busy time. For a sandwich and bowl of soup 40 minutes, really?? Then they give us half our order. Not a apology from this place for making us wait!!
