One of the best customer service experiences. This morning I went in and hoped to try my new mobile app after trying to use it for about 15 minutes, I asked one of the employees, Vicky for help. Not only did she stop what she was doing to help try to help me with the app at the Mobile kiosk, she also took my personal order at the front register and since my code wasn't working she gave me my breakfast on the house. She was kind, patient and very positiveThank you Vicky for brightening my morning.

I don't like the interior design of the newly remodeled building. Also, the new entrance and drive-thru layout is very inefficient and confusing. No longer has a play palace for the kids.
