Awesome place for breakfast. Great food and service. Loved the Adirondack decor. Super clean.
Good food and even better service. Was super busy and some people have the wait staff a hard time. They were working their tails off and doing a great job
We walked into the Hungry Bear made eye contact with the waitress, she told us where to sit. Not even five minutes later she waited on three other tables that sat down after us. Not happy with the service and will not be going back there.
The sandwich was good, the waitress was super-friendly, and the service was speedy. The shoestring fries are just okay, and the dining area is small, but it was still okay. People were in and out pretty quickly, so you should have no problem finding a seat. I would go again.
Well not sure what happened to the service here... guess if mom and I were men, service would have been better as we witnessed the time we were there. Food was OK. Had plain bagel egg sandwich that tasted like onions. Mom's scrambled eggs looked and tasted over cooked. Asked for grape jelly from Nicole and was given a very rude "yup". Just not good food or service. Especially service.

We've eaten here in the past but it's off the main drag so we seem to forget about it. Prior to C19 we would often eat out but we haven't since the beginning of the pandemic. Then in Nov 2019 we caught it. The Dr. told us we'd be immune for 3 months. So when we were out of town and in Plattsburgh we decided why not. We choose takeout since it is a safer option. (never understood how being in a room with several unmasked people - 6 feet apart or not - made a difference) When picking up our order all the employees were wearing a mask (and properly). We will keep them in mind the next time. Thank you!
