Ordered last night for delivery when got it and went to go eat it was dried up and the chicken wings weren't cooked all the way iam very disappointed cuz normally it's great but if that's how it's going to be I will have to not order from there anymore
Was the worst food I've ever gotten from Jade Buffet. My shrimp was charded and dried out. The spinach and cheese was salty. The Green beans were soggy, Normally tender and tasty. Almost like it was yesterday's buffet. Paid more, for less, really not happy with it.
Their delivery driver opened our front door and came into our house without knocking unmasked in the midst of covid, we had not ordered food. this guy had the wrong address and still had the balls to open what what obviously someones front door and just go in. We called to complain and the manager said this is the 4th complaint that night of this guy just opening peoples doors and going into their houses while delivering food and he would "talk to him" he did not take the situation seriously at all judging by the nonchalant joking tone in his voice, we could have shot this guy dead. This guy still works there and nothing has been done about it, he recently did the same thing to one of our other friends houses so obviously they do not care at all that their delivery driver is breaking into peoples houses and lets not get it confused that is exactly what this is akin to, home invasions. if i hear of him doing this one more time were going to take immediate action.
Waited over an hour and a half for a lunch delivery in town. The only thing that was warm was my Soda. When I called the restaurant for the second time after my food was delivered they offered 10% off my next delivery. I think it will be quite dome time before I order lunch again
NASTY. We were sat and within 5 minutes we left. Charged almost $50 and still had to go somewhere else to get food. I have never been ripped off like that in my life. Go elsewhere I promise you will regret the choice to go here. The right thing for them to do would have been to not charge us full price for taste testing everything. I wish you luck if you choose to get food here, just remember this post after you get ripped off.

I have never been to a more disappointing restaurant in my life. The wait staff was good, but the food was terrible. The Mac n cheese was watery and most likely frozen prior. The potatoes were undercooked. Sushi bar was empty. Pork fried rice had little to no pork. Some of the food was just plain gross and options were slim. To top it off the bill was $32, which would be fine if the food was better. You can go to Texas roadhouse or Kotos for that price. Will not be returning!
Chinese at 1030am? Best idea I had this week. Their food is the freshest I've had at that time, everything was stocked. Friendly staff. Not busy at all. Great customer service. Will be back again and again
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were seated immediately, even with a large party of 8.Buffet was good value at $9.95 per person.
We got takeout Buffet and as always it was good. They always have a decent selection on their Buffet. It has a mix of a little bit of everything. Def Recommend this place. It's better if you eat in but take out isn't bad you can fill your own containers as full as you want to as long as they close.
