I walked in here with family and you could feel the tension immediately. No hostess or cashier was working and not one employee could look up to say hello. Cooks were obviously overwhelmed with orders which I get but it’s no excuse to be rude: After waiting 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us we left. As we were walking out the hostess finally came to say hello. We left and Chick-fil-A greeted us right when we walked in.

This is my go to burger joint after a round of disc golf. Absolutely fantastic customer service and the banana shakes make me weak. Their burgers are the best around the Plattsburgh area.

Best burgers in town with all the fixings free to add too your burger. Also lets not forget there chocolate shake its down right devilishly delicious.
Good fries as always, but the burger was not great. Hard bun either over toasted or on the stale side; burger was beyond well done and seemed cool at best…the cheese did not even melt on the burger and wrapped in foil for 5-8 minutes. Not a great experience. Service was very good.
