Horrible service and terrible product need a new manager
I go to this one just for convenience because it’s right off of the ferry, but they ALWAYS mess up and never give you a receipt so you can get your money back. Once I asked for a blueberry MUFFIN and somehow got a blueberry DONUT. Today I got a bagel with extra cream cheese and this is what I got LOL Shoddy staff/location, better off going into Plattsburgh to get your money’s worth.
I have gone here 3 times and each time they have either gotten my order wrong or forgot items. I understand being short staffed and am more than willing to be patient but at least get my order right.
There is this manager over there,she has short brown hair and she’s real masculine in the face. She was very disrespectful when taking our order in drive thru and dismissive of us and we told her we needed a little bit more time to decide what we wanted as if there was anybody else in the line and we were holding it up which there wasn’t and I can see why.As soon as we came up to the window I showed her my heart to show her as proof that I worked for white management as well and there is a 10% discount for that and she told me in a snotty matter that I’m going to need more proof than that. My sister ordered an iced latte with sugar packets which we asked for her in person to put in the bag and lo and behold it was not there. Not too long ago a young girl quit that job in tears and I can see why she would be in distress this place is absolutely abhorrent and that unnaturally aggressive woman needs to be reprimanded for the way she speaks to customers and treats her employees.?

My coffee was wrong as it usually is when I go to this Dunkin, service was exceptionally slow.
The last 4 times I ordered an iced coffee with light ice. They put the normal amount of ice and I was treated rudely when I complained. Today they took my coffee back and when they brought it back there was no ice and just a little over 3/4 full. Tired of complaining I just left. When I went to drink my coffee I noticed dirt and lint in my coffee. I took it back and got a refund. So, if you want it their way, by all means go there. If you want something you can actually drink, go elsewhere. Bad customer service and bad coffee.
I would rate this location higher if it weren’t for the young lady I believe to be named Kalista. I have gone to this location in Cumberland Head approximately 10 times and have had poor experiences with this young woman during 5 visits. She has no manners, throws change back to you, uses rude tone and rolls her eyes when politely asked for a napkin. I had to go back a separate time when Kalista was not present to ask for her name as I did not want to interact with her.The older individuals in the early morning always have a smile on their face, never get the order wrong and show great kindness; they are the reason why I give this location one more star. I wish one day this location will have more staff like the older individuals.
Closes early! What dunkin donuts closes before 7p? This 1 does.
