90% of the time if you enter dunkin', there will be loud children, white women, and business men. Overall, stale donut.
Very crowded, took 5 minutes to get 2 doughnuts. And other times I have visited my orders were wrong and had to wait for them to be redone.
Came through this morning and ordered 2 drinks and a half dozen donuts assorted. but instead of 6 assorted donuts we received 4 of the same donut stacked upside down crammed together and an apple fritter on top napkins shoved on the sides. This is the reason I stick to the Peru location
Super friendly workers and typical Dunkin’ food/drinks. The parking lot isn’t that great but it’s not the workers fault.
Got my coffee and sandwich quick and easy. My coffee was good and how I wanted it and the sandwich was good until I bit into wax paper. I get it mistakes happen.
I went today about 11:15am on 2/22/21. I asked for the manager after my order. She came and I told her about my experience yesterday the 21st. I told her that I bought 4 coffees and all of them had a quarter of coffee grinds at the bottom. She gave me a blank stare without even apologizing. I wasn't looking for reimbursement or free stuff. But at least an apology. I buy there allot because its the closets to my job. I'm feeling like I need to just go to the opposite end of Rout 3 to get my coffee. Its sad because I had good experiences there but many bad that this took the cake. It shows how unprofessional people can be especially the position they hold. I hope their district manager evaluates them. These times of the pandemic we need to be allot nicer due to all lives being disrupted. I apologize for not getting her name but she's there most of the time.
Hash browns tasted funny and none of our four coffees where stirred
Awfull!! I ordered a chai latte with just a shot of almond milk not mixed in. And the whole thing was frothed! Was horrible and tasted discusting!! Will never visit here again for something so simple!!!
Not really sure what is going on with this Dunkin in Plattsburgh. I go to Dunkin in Peru, skyway and the other one on RTE 3 never have a problem. But the drive--thru is horrible, when trying to order not sure if speaker is going or workers do not understand ice coffee but something is wrong
Ordered through drive thru and the woman at the window with brown hair and glasses with a blue shirt was NOT wearing her mask properly. She was not covering her nose, she continued to take our card and hand us our order while wearing the mask this way. She is risking her whole community and her coworkers by doing this. Too many people have already died for her to be reckless like this. Very sad.
