Very,very nice people working there! Polite and very patient while I figured out what to put in my bowl. for was pretty good and I will go back !
I am a huge fan of Chipotle normally, but my experience at this location today was really bad. The teenager serving me scooped some lettuce into my bowl and there was a plastic food preservative package (with prominent “do not eat”) on top. It was impossible to miss, yet he was about to put rice on top of it when I stopped him and asked if he could first remove the plastic. He was literally going to bury it in rice and let me eat it. No apologies or anything afterwards. Most apathetic employee ever. Normally I don’t care much about customer service at places like this because I just want to get my food and go, but this was just unhygienic.
Staff was friendly, and the food was fresh! Great spot.

I'm glad to know they are sticking to their roots and still giving people food bourne illnesses. Whole family got sick after eating here.
Lately Everytime I go there employees are so invested in speeding you through that they ignore your instructions. The price has gone up but the service is lacking. This will be my last time eating here.

Chipotle is simply a really solid food option with generally amazing flavor and a fun atmosphere to boot. The addition of really helpful and engaged service at this particular chain in Plattsburgh is just ensuring that it gets its deserved 5 stars.
Tasty, good portion size for the price, just good stuff.
