My husband and I went to Chick Fil A in Plattsburgh at 10:42 a.m. so impressed by Bianka S in terms of friendliness, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Our food was excellent!!!!! We do not wish to visit any other fast food place except Chick Fil A. We travel from Vermont just to have a great meal here!!! We were welcomed warmly and felt appreciated for our business! This is entirely unlike other fast food sites.
Best experience at chick Fil a so far. Dani made it unbelievably simple to order , gave me adequate sauce and all. Great interaction she deserves a raise. Good job on Michael placing her in her position she really made my day this morning. Turned it all around. I’m sure other guests have hopefully similar experiences. Thanks Chick - Fil - A
Had been told by many that this is the best chicken on the market. My wife and I had our first expirence with chic fil a at the Plattsburgh location. I will say that we both very much enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and even the decor was above par from what you would expect from fast food. In closing, Hats off to you Chic fil a to bad your so far away.
Cobbler salad was freshly prepared and really good, as well as the tenders! The chocolate milk shake was delicious ?
This is certainly my staple restaurant when I'm about to go camping in NY state. They are always quick and food comes out fresh. Staff is friendly restaurant is clean what else can I say? The Spicy original chicken sandwich is always my order with a side of chicken nuggets and Zesty Buffalo! You can't go wrong. Thanks for the service.
First time having lunch at the Plattsburgh location and can not say enough good things about the service and polite and friendly atmosphere. There was 8 of us ordering food and it was perfect ?
Very busy but everyone there was professional and did the best they could, as always chic fil a never disappoints food wise but the service is what really impressed me.
