Literally gave me food poisoning. Thought i’d stop by for a quick snack before work, ended up having to leave early because I could not stop puking. Not to mention i was met with some very snappy employees. Used to love this place but I’ll never eat there again after this experience and I would advise anyone seeing this to do the same.
Terrible service tried to make me 2 burnt pretzels and both times she said they aren't burnt that's the way all of them are. REALLY. NEVER wasting $5.00 there again. Young lady was plain rude too
Terrible service, hair in food, bugs flying all around, unsanitary conditions, poorly managed and owned, workers seem unhappy and the last time I went I heard the manager telling an employee she had to stay at work while she was super sick she was sweating and looked as if she was going to pass out!
Awful customer service. Worker is abusive to customers. Worker treated a 70 yr old man like dirt because he was door dash. Literally told him he was least of her problems was verbally abusive to him screaming at him even. Mind you this 70yr working to pay for meds. My family sat with him to make sure he was ok . She also involved other customers into the situation. Never has enough product and always complaining about not having help. Just really bad service nobody deserves to be treated the way she does to people. I will never go there again along with my family. Shame on this worker??????????

Always friendly service and fresh warm pretzels, the sugar and cinnamon bites is very good. Try the frozen hot chocolate!

The best dessert when we were shopping. Sadly it left the Champlain Mall. We do get in airports. Their lemonade is the best.
