Pizza was tough to eat, the garlic knots were burnt and the garlic Parmesan flavored boneless wings were bathed in butter. The delivery driver also tried to say they drove up and down my road looking for me, but I was waiting outside with my children and no one drove by.

Long story short, customer service is not a priority. They did not want to correct an incorrect order, when they finally agreed, they gave attitude.

First, I call after my god is 20 minutes late. The girl tells me over the phone that she refunded me an they would still be delivering my food. I call back an hour later (2 hours after I ordered) and they told me their kitchen is broken down. The girl could have just told me over the phone what happened instead of leading me on to think I’d be getting while I’m sitting here hungry foot 2 hours. Never again!!!

Simply they charged for tap water, $4.00 for two glasses of water. They did have bottled water for sale, but charged for tap water. It would be nice to have that posted on the menu and/or in the restaurant since this is NOT a common practice in ANY restaurants in the Plattsburgh (or surrounding) area!! ** Another MAJOR CONCERN is that when you call in with an order, it is taken over SPEAKER PHONE and ALL CUSTOMERS can hear you credit card info!?!? NOT A SAFE PRACTICE!

It was pretty good. I was bummed when Ground Round closed because they had the best Nachos but Armitto's is a close second.

Had a very good meal. Enjoyable. Can't wait until the pandemic is over and more seating is available

This is now my new favorite local pizza joint. The Mega Fries were delicious. The Calzone was fully cooked yet still soft. The kids chicken fingers were fried perfectly and fries were still soft yet fully cooked. The delivery driver was punctual and unlike most places he didn't seem annoyed or inconvenienced. Thank you for the delicious food!

Reasonably priced.Good food.Ready quick.

I have had Armittos three times. The first time the food was okay but they messed up my chicken wings.I thought I would give it another try. I ordered an X-LG pizza with Pepperoni, Green peppers & Banana peppers and a turkey sub. It looked like they just threw everything on it like a three year old. It wasn't very good either.I thought, okay.... I will try one more time. It looks like it's maybe a Family owned Pizza shop and I like to support Family owned businesses. So a few days ago I ordered a large pizza with three items $20.00) and Lasagna. There was a guy screaming and the Girl couldn't hear me. I believe it was the cook. The lasagna was bland. I opened the pizza box and there was a beetle type bug walking on it. Obviously I didn't eat it. I called and complained and the Girl was snotty with me and said the owner would be there soon and would call me. No call. Needless to say, I was not happy about loosing $20.00. I definitely won't be ordering there again.

We're moving to Montreal and had an overnight in Plattsburgh. The lady at the Target register told us this place had the best pizza in town. She wasn't wrong, this was the best pizza I've had in *years.*. Service was great, too. Will be back as soon as the border reopens for "pleasure," which is exactly what this pizza is!
