I’ll keep it simple. Sandwiches are average. The sides are a stay away, especially the ones they give you for free (i.e. macaroni salad or potato salad - usually spoiled or expired). Overall, pantano’s is way overpriced for the quality of food.
How do you sell a omelette with 1 egg smh. My company order us breakfast 6 sandwiches and all had majority bread no eggs no cheese and cold. Basically robbed us we will never ever order from here again.
Overpriced? $7.00 for bacon , egg & cheese !
Third time here,the issue is they charge for using cards, if you want business is better if you try to accommodate to your clients, the food isn’t bad so I went again but they “couldn’t take my order” as they were so backed up in orders. Who would tell that to a costumer? I wonder if they actually want costumers coming in.
Absolutely love it here. I come here every day that I work for lunch. Everyone is super friendly and even knows me by name!
Very good salads and sandwiches at very reasonable prices.
No complaints about the food it’s OK but i ordered two sandwiches costing $10.99+ tax each my bill came out to $27 and change they charged me four dollars extra because I used a credit card and then they told me it’s on the sign the sign only says $12 minimum for credit cards clearly they charge whatever they want I don’t mind to pay if I know what I’m paying for but clearly they are charging whatever they want for credit card purchases instead of cash.
Stay away. Management has an in with the inspector and would have failed due to numerous health violations otherwise. Sickening kitchen.
The best Nutella and strawberry waffle I had here in Long Island. Very good coffee as well. Will def be back!
