Drive though who take orders sound so tired and rude while taking the order. Overall my experience has not been good. Never seen a smile on their face while giving food at the drive through pick up counter. It seems as if they are doing the customer a favor. No customer service no business for this location. A lot of other coffee shops I could go to.even inside where you pick up food their service is not good.don’t like their attitude.

So bad.. I ordered steak and cheddar sandwich but gave me regular cheese sandwich and asked them to give right one then wrong one again.. speechless!! I was so angry then called the customer service to refund and answered it takes after 30 days. Another wow!! Do not go Plainview
Thank you to the manager for the good treatment. I was there with my Service dog and he was very respectful and he also offered water for my boy! Best place ever!
The avocado on my sandwich was completely rotten. I told the manager ayoung girl and she acted like she could careLess no apology. She said she could remake it and I told her nothings I was turned off for the night. She goes to the register hands me the refund with zero emotion and walks away. There are other places I could get a quarter of a sandwich and soup for $13.

Ordered food online for pick up. Driving to the Plainview location I got the text message that my food was ready so upon arrival, 5 minutes after receiving the text message, I parked in the mobile order pick up spot. I go into the store to the pick up shelves and my order isn't there. It's not ready yet, so I stand and wait. 5, 6, 7 minutes go by and my food still isn't ready. The young lady manager comes over to me and asks if I parked in the mobile pick up spot I said yes and she says I can't park there unless my order is ready. I explain I got the message my food is ready over 10 minutes ago so I expected to walk in and walk out. She tells me I have to move my car because there's others car that need to park there. So I reluctantly go out and move my car. When I walk back in the store that same manager is waiting for me inside with my food. No apology, no explanation, no words at all. Not even a thank you have a nice day or anything.Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Never returning to this location again.
Again like all Panera breads it's a good place for a quick sit-down bite. Plenty of places to sit. Good food.
