Nice fresh reliable sushi. We have been using them throughout the Covid adventure and their sushi and kitchen foods have been excellent. Their service is best if you use their website. I look forward to dining at Kumo now that many of the Covid restrictions have been loosened.
Broke my own rule of not having sushi on a Wednesday. Sushi was just ok but the servers were amazing. I will go back and try again. Been there before several times and wasn't disappointed.
The lunch selection was great. Spicy tuna roll & a non-spicy roll were delish . The miso soup was lightly salted ( the way I prefer it) , the pickled ginger was spot on for flavor and quality . More trips to come in the future .

They charge you for everything!!!! You ask for extra ginger, it will cost you few dollars…. Ask for sushi rice with your sashimi order, that will be a few dollars…. Everything has a extra charge. Why bother going to a place that will charge you extra for even a napkin? Worst service ever!!!!
The BEST sushi spot in Long Island. Always incredibly fresh sushi with a great variety of chef specials. Uni is always my go to there but you’ll never be disappointed with the fish selection and quality. The rolls are delicious, sake is always flowing and the staff never fails to impress. My favorite sushi space around. Five stars!!!
This spot offers fantastic service and enjoyable food. One of my favourite places in town. The food and drinks arrived quickly and the rates are economical. Will definitely recommend this spot.
Have taken out many times but last night 3 of us ate and 2 got very sick, the two who ate the Tempura (chicken and veg combo). Unpleasant morning. Not going back.
I live in NC and accidentally ordered from the wrong Kumo Sushi. After arriving to the NC Kumo Sushi and finding out they didn’t have history of our order, we realized that we ordered from the one in NY by mistake. We called to cancel the order, but they had already made the food (several rolls of sushi and teriyaki chicken). Without even asking, they said they would refund our money because of the mistake. I feel that’s unheard of these days, they were so unbelievably kind. If we are ever in NY, we will be by to try their sushi!
We love hanging out. Yesterday we went to this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a beautiful experience there with excellent meal and a courteous crew and a great cuisine. We put this place in our phone list and we shall no doubt visit again soon. We deeply recommend.
