Rubber bagels. Not the same when first open. New owners with higher prices
I've been here twice in my life. 1st time was amazing. However, 2nd time, a few days ago, this lady made my sandwhich and caused me to have severe food poisoning. Not only did she put gloves on and then continued to touch her face, adjust her clothes, and touch cash, but she also took my debit card with the sandwhich juices all over her gloves and proceeded to wipe it on her apron. I have been having diarrhea, headaches, chills, and a fever for the past 2 days. Tested negative for COVID to make sure. I will no longer come here and hope future customers be aware!
Bagles very good but they lost my business forever! just like everybody else says, they do not listen and get orders wrong or well over 90% of the time. Then they actually argue with you. numerous times this is happened to me. I Family has stopped patronizing this place and we go to Town Bagel and Family Bagles we are the owners steve and Neil are very friendly and always get my auto correct. And since the new ownership here this place has gone downhill dramatically. save yourself the time and money and go 60 seconds away to Town Bagel or Family Bagles and you will be much happier. Oh and last they charge 50 bucks a pound for sliced nova. They use acme which you can get anywhere for less than half the price.
Absolutely terrible! They need to fire the entire staff and get people that actually listened. The orders are constantly wrong and the food is subpar. Senses place changed ownership it’s going downhill big time and we don’t go anymore. Every single review mentions terrible service maybe the owner needs to wake up and smell the coffee no pun intended.

Staff was excellent to work with, fed ten people takeout on no notice in no time. Sandwiches were nicely sized and delicious.
I thought I had found the right deli to go to every day but the service is putting that in question. It’s hard for me to go somewhere where I could be the only one on line but still can’t get any help. I wish this was a one time occurrence
Lovely place. Quickly able to put my order in, felt like they were patient with me even though it was busy, which I always appreciate. Breakfast sandwich and a good strong iced coffee suits all my needs. Also that guy whining about masks is out of date, some people were masked and others unmasked.
It's a good deli they need to run things a little smoother to be a little quicker when there's a crowd maybe a board with specials for the day and all soups for the day would help instead of asking every time what soups do you have today
Classic New York deli. Sets a high bar for deli eateries. Would recommend.
