Extreme disrespect from 2 of the workers. They forgot my chicken on 2 paninis. I called right away to explain what happened because I understand mistakes happen but would like a refund. Dave said he"ll take care of my order next time. I came in a week later and Dave was "on his lunch break" so an older woman and another man working there said they would do it. We ordered & told them the 2 sandwhiches we wanted(which were the same price as the ones they messed up). They said ok well do it. 5 minutes later they said we cant do it Dave said he never forgot your chicken. Comical. I left because the woman was extremely argumenitive and I do not like to argue with others. I called when i left and spoke with a cash register employee who said she will pass my name and # to her boss. Well see what happens. Truly an unnesary situation.So i got a call back and apparently the owner, LEE, "doesnt not believe" there was no chicken on the sandwhiches. She didnt even have the decency to call me herself, and would not get on the phone. She had a worker call me to explain this. So sad this is the "OWNER" of a buisness that clearly is not doing well for themselves because they cannot make up for their mistakes. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

The only thing I like to buy there in their roles they are very fresh and delicious but anything else I could not afford to buy them the prices have gone too hard for me I’m sure if you can afford the food is delicious

I have been coming here for thirty years - watching how the hero sandwiches have shrank from a mammoth portion to what you get now which would be considered a 'paltry amount' or a 'dramatic depreciation in quantity' has been interesting and informative. Once the original owners left it hasn't been the same. The hot food is also sadly lacking the *love* it once had. They need to step it back up and beef up those subs like we used to get.

Fireside Caterers Of Plainview is AMAZING! They have the nicest, most friendly staff. We have used them to cater quite a few of our corporate events. They do individual meals and buffet style meals. Their food is delicious and fresh. Fireside is very reasonably priced as well!
