Ordered an iced chai latte on mobile. Get there. Waiting 15 minutes nothing. Finally they said they don’t have chai. Really? Maybe say something to me instead of letting me stand there on a Monday morning!
I order a lot in the morning on the app. My stuff is always ready when I get there. There are times some drinks are made wrong but whatever.
Staff can be trained on customer service.Not on par with other locations in the area. Sounds rude when serving
This was my everyday location, their ice coffee quality went to a 0. Their donuts are not fresh at 9am in the morning. What’s going on ? You tell us when we should come or not anymore ?
The people who work here are very friendly. This review is for the establishment, it's the dirtiest and most grimey shop I have seen. I would not return to lack of cleanliness.

V arrived just pre-covid (2019?).This place has become “night and day,” (“before vs after…”) when contrasted with it prior to V’s arrival:I.Before V Took Over (3 stars)1. Coffee, was rarely up to snuff, although all DD coffees are good regardless of how fresh they are2. Egg and other sandwiches were fair to good…but sometimes not fresh3. Donuts were a “lottery ticket..” (I am not even joking about this!...)a. Sometimes they would be fair to goodb. At the wrong time of the day- ROCKs are actually softer than what they provided4. Employees?- a bunch of kids mainly..hit or miss again…just depended on who was managing the shift (but honestly on LI, we don’t care…just give us top quality food…)II. After V Took Over- (SIX stars on a Scale of 1-5!)1. Coffee, is off the charts- super-fresh…they re-brew every few minute2. Egg and other sandwiches are usually insanely good3. Donuts are “can’t miss items now:a. My fave is boston crèmei. Off the charts fresh and just the right amount of topping and custardii. Better yet, as a change of pace, I timidly tried on other occasions, not knowing what to expectDouble chocolate, Bavarian crème and even pumpkin(a) Once again…ALL WERE FANTASTIC! At all times of the morning or evening4. Employees?- a bunch of kids, again…but they’ve selected hard, fast thinking workers that are equipped to deal with us crazy and demanding- LI-ers. Very polite…and they correct mistakes instantly…Am I expecting you to thank me/us for this?NONSENSE…it is you that we all must thank…with the restaurants competing for Covid- dollars…well the “cream” { boston crème at that…LOL} has risen to the top..THANK YOU VERY MUCH…and I hope that you thrive..
I should have learned my lesson by now with this place… I go here mainly for the convenience cause it’s on my way to work. Today wasn’t the first time this place had trouble with the mobile orders. I ordered way before I left my house because I know they always are backed up. When I got there not only was my mobile order not ready but they claim the “mobile orders aren’t working”. When asked what I got I told them and the worker made me a completely different order , they made my another drink again not what I ordered by that time I was almost late for work and just needed to leave. Hopefully I learned my lesson and will avoid this Dunkin at all costs. Probably one of the worsts on Long Island.
Outstanding overall (repeat) performance by the preparer, G:a. Very polite, and it is thus an extreme pleasure to attend this location, now and for many future re-visitsb. It’s my first time trying the DD “Power Breakfast sandwich, as I usually go to BK or McDonald’s for these sandwich items in the AM…• I truly think that this manager must be a sous chef in his home country, and came here (on numerous other past occasions I’ve had his fresh, succulent donuts that could easily be served in a 4 star restaurant…) , and would up at dunkin…good for us…it’s our neighborhood’s “steal!”• Perfectly cooked. Unbelievable combination of vegetables, eggs, and sausage, on a perfectly toasted slightly moist English muffin. I added a bit of black pepper and wow!i. I am sorry that I every ate at Micky Dee’s or BK..those are sad excuses for what they pass off as breakfast items.ii. I can still taste the remarkable flavor on my lipsc. Keep it up!. This is not the usual ‘support our restaurants due to covid blurb…’ instead it’s a very selfish ‘thank goodness that we are able to recruit such high quality personnel to our area…
Horrible. I get coffee from dunkin almost everyday from either here or the commack location. But whenever I go to this location it’s always horrible. Always taste like day old coffee and they never stir the sugar in here so it always settles at the bottom of the cup and never add enough milk. Might as well spend the extra money and go to star bucks on the other side of the lot.
The customer service at this DD, is DESPICABLE! ONLY reason why they make money, is their prime location in the Plainview shopping center.
