Always great experience
It was our first time here and definitely will not be our last. LOVED this place. From when you enter ( lovely greeting) to the atmosphere. To the Waite staff. Our waiter was amazing and sorry but neglected to note his name. He was delightful and didnât rush us. And helped in our choices. I mean everyone was spot on. Ordered a plate of sweet chili wings DELICIOUS. And they will be again cause brought some home. Then we share a burger. Again truly tasty. Done medium as requested. Fries were great and served in a tall paper cup - loved that! They could have given you a few more slices of pickle, but okay. One small negative. I cannot wait to come back and try other dishes. You should definitely try this place. Itâs well worth it.

What a delightful and wonderful dining experience ! In choosing a local restaurant to take my special needs 18 yr old niece to, there are several boxes I need to check off to suit both of us. One is that they the have foods she likes, secondly and equally as important is the noise level, as she is sensitive to overly loud places. And thirdly, it's a place I also would enjoy frequenting. In making my reservation I asked for a quiet spot for us, which the manager hit spot on ! Our table was just perfect ! First off, my niece asked our server what drinks they had ( non alcoholic) and he patiently ran down the list of juices and soda . He really could not have been more patient and sweet. We ordered the fried Calamari which was delicious and we both devoured it after my niece counted the pieces and divied up between us ! Next came her plain cheeseburger, and my super yummy triple bacon burger , which we both really enjoyed ! French fries were hot and crispy, just as I love ! Overall Craft387 was a homerun for us both and will certainly be on my ' absolutely will return' list. Thanks to the lovely and kind staff at Craft387 for making dinner with my favorite person on the planet so enjoyable !
Had a great time. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious and within a moderate price range.
Food was good. Service was good, except for the clearing off of the dishes. That was not great. Atmosphere and decor just ok. Kind of a dirty feel. Definitely not sparkly clean. Cassis was much much better. So sorry it closed.

The steak and frites steak was as good as a steak you'd get at one of the neighborhood's steakhouses. Chips & Guacamole are a great way to start - the chips are warm. Shrimp rice bowl was a hit as were the kids chicken fingers and fries.
Very enjoyable establishment. Waitstaff was excellent. Food was good.
