Food was good... Poke bowl and turkey BLT. No wait at lunch time and quick service. Order your food at the counter, bring your receipt to the cashier and have a seat. An employee will run your food to your table when it's ready.The restaurant is set up similar to the food court at the mall... Many of Long Islands popular restaurants are here serving food.Plenty of Free parking.I recommend.
I only eat halal, and sadly was disappointed! I’ve been dying to go to Fat Boys and I’ve followed them for a while. I ordered a shrimp burrito but it comes with chicken, but it I said no chicken bc the rest of it sounded good, and it was not cheap. I wish they added more shrimp since I said no chicken, but its ok. I want to go again maybe to a store location, and give another go. Yummy but not what I expected. Need to try again!
Just a Heads up my husband came home with three of the southern Delight platters which looked really good at first sight but upon further inspection the chicken was not throughly cooked thru to the bone and i find this extremely unsettling especially since I know they also provide food to local food pantrys and many of these people have no other options but to eat these meals I think the least you could do is to make sure they are prepared correctly without people having to worry if they or their children may potentially become ill. I was going to feed this to my 2yr old but thankfully I always check the food before giving him anything. Others may not.

They do quite a business. Breakfast was ok. Cheese Omelet pretty boring, home fried good. Can't sub or even buy one pancake. Large order of French toast reported to be good. Coffee good. Lunch took a little while but Fat Shrimp bowl was actually pretty good. Iced coffee is real. Kids burger good. They were out of Boars Head maple honey turkey. Blazing Turkey Deluxe also reported to be done nicely.
I have tried Coliseum Kitchen and this will be the last time. The food is never that good but today I was blown away! I ordered 2 egg sandwiches with ham and cheese! $18.28. For 2 egg sandwiches? When I inquired I was told the ham was $3. What.? When I got home there was 1 slice of ham. 1!!! Never again!
The Western omelette and home fries were very filling definitely get your money's worth. The staff was super friendly as this was my first time eating there. I'll be back tomorrow for breakfast again. No photos the food was so good I didn't have time to take any.
The acai bowls are amazing and taste the exact same way each time. For such a large place with a wide variety of food the restaurant is ran very well.
