Never had problems with this place until now! How’s it the business time is 24/7 when drive thru is not??? That means the business time for drive thru listed here is inaccurately wrong!!! Plz fix this!!!
I work nights and this BK advertises to be 24 hours so I was really excited to leave work and get some dinner. I placed a mobile order and headed over. When I got there, there was a car ahead of me that was at the window so I knew they were open. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, including adding a couple of hellos in case they didn't know I was there and I was completely ignored. I pulled up to the window and all of the lights were on, and there was a backpack out so obviously someone was in there and just ignoring me. I waited another 5 minutes and then just left.If you don't want to do your job, then quit. You don't deserve to get paid to hide and do absolutely nothing. My coworkers come here as well and I'm telling them to avoid this place at all costs. I'm so glad I wasted my time and money on a place that literally says out front they're 24 hours and then completely ignores people coming to get food after work. Congratulations on losing business from me and my friends/coworkers. Stop saying you're 24 hours if you're clearly not taking orders.Edit: I just drove by 10 minutes later after getting food at a place that actually served me, and someone is standing at the front so way to make it more obvious you chose to ignore me!
I wouldn't even give this a 1 star review. From the order reciever to the supervisor straight disrespect.You will never get a customers order correct if you don't let them speak. Then when you make a mistake and the supervisor was supposed to fix it. The least you could do is apologize. But blatantly hand the bag to me with no EYE CONTACT OR udder a single word is TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. THEN MY ORDER IS STILL WRONG. All I asked was to have my burger on a platter instead of a roll. I didn't ask you to remove the condiments. So after getting home, I call the restaurant and they don't answer! How can you be better? New employees!
I placed an order for pick up, but all of the doors are locked & the workers aren’t acknowledging anyone. The line for the drive through was very long too
Slooooooow. Takes forever. Foods always aright though so that's why I didn't go with a one or two star. But seriously the drivethru is a joke with how long it takes.
Came here at 6:15 am for breakfast, sign says open 24 hours but they locked the doors and said “they weren’t ready yet”. So CHANGE THE HOURS. NOT OPEN 24 hours

I'm waiting 15 minutes for my walk in order,,looking at my chicken sandwich getting cold after they made it ,finally at the point where I was about to explode, I said can I get my chicken sandwich that ive been staring at that's getting cold,,they only care about pick up and drive thrue orders,,not once did they say are you waiting for your order or are you still waiting ,so unfair to the person standing their waiting , if I could give you 0 stars I would,,and not even an apology after I had to beg for my food, and yes when I got out to my truck it was cold,0 customer service

So rude, the cashier working at the drive through, we gave her code and she didn’t accept that, I gave code before, they accept it. Probably because she works in the thanksgiving day that makes her sad. If so, don’t work, unprofessional.
