I have been here probably 15 times since their soft opening. Although they are a whiskey bar, the food is ON POINT amazing. I make it a point to visit whenever I’m in the area. No matter what I order on the menu, it is always amazing. You may be able to get whiskey or drinks anywhere, but this place is a hidden gem of deliciousness.
Food was pretty good. We ordered the short rib croquettes, the fried chicken sandwich and Mahi Mahi tacos. The dining room was nice, probably would sit at the bar next time. There was some music which for dinner time in my opinion was way too loud. I also had the Montauk lemonade which was delicious. It had a Blueberry Bourbon in it, yum. I was dieing for a Whiskey Smash which unfortunately they don't serve. Hopefully they add that to the menu! The service was great!! Will definitely try again.
1st gathering with the crew in a long time, and most of us have never tried this place. The interior is beautiful and larger than I expected. There is plenty of space at the bar and numerous tables for dining. Bonus: Half-price drinks from 12-6 Mon-Sat. And live music.
Me and my co-worker visited for the first time on Friday 2/19. First impression I was not impressed with the service. The man who sat us was nonchalant and unwelcoming. We were lucky, our waitress was far better, she was friendly and had a nice smile. She made suggestions and we liked everything she bought out. The food was a bit better than average, not worth the price in my opinion. The drinks were well made, and eye catching. We did enjoy them! We did feel rushed, I kept checking my clock to see if the place was about to close. We were given our check and we paid. We wanted to continue our chat, I believe our waitress shift was over. The waitstaff passed by our table time and time again, without a word. We sat for atleast another hour, no food and no drinks. I could ask right, but I do not think that is how it works. We had a great night chatting and catching up, will not return. For the price we paid, we could have gotten better. The three stars is for our waitress, although her shift was ending, she was the only pleasant friendly person we encountered in our three hour visit.
Nice place, with top shelf whisky. Good food, and friendly attentive service make it even better. Definitely coming back...
A nice place. We asked for some Whiskey with flavor. A cocktail or a flavored Whiskey. She only had 2 flavors. The same over sweat Peanut butter every bar has, and a really good banana. She didn't offer a drink menu or anything else so we took the banana. Maybe it was an off bartender as we were told later about a Whiskey cocktail that was very good. We didn't eat here but food looked good. Staff was nice. We will stop in and try again next time in town.
Great drinks! Some of the food at our table was enjoyed by our friends, the Cobb salad and the French onion soup. I order the crab and corn spinach dip and I have to say I was not impressed. It was lacking in flavor and just wasn't great, corn is an odd choice to put in a dip. The mozzarella and tomato stack I would say was also lacking flavor. We will be back for sure though.
I went to early dinner last Sunday. This is not your ordinary bar. Decor is wonderful. High ceiling and the lighting was perfect. Drinks are strong, food is amazing. Started off with crab cakes. Delicious! I got the skirt steak, Cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. Atmosphere was friendly, really good vibes. Would def come back.
I travel ALOT, the chicken sandwich is the best i ever had. Came on a pinch for dinner and I fell in love. Wow. Impressed. Great, chill atmosphere. And the fresh cut chips were amazing, down to the oil. Flavor was 5+ star. Thanks for the experience!
Really fun venue...nice staff and good booze and food!
