So disappointed. I ordered my smoothie on the app for it to be ready by 6:15pm when I got the smoothies they were like juice watery like if they were sitting on the counter for more than an hour. We also ordered quesadilla and we got the Santa Fe one with just beans cheese and chicken guess what it only had cheese on it. Very annoying. Food was also cold. Don't call/order ahead herePlease get it together 06/27 todays date

They really need new management. I've never been to this location without it looking overwhelmed. At least a dozen people are always waiting. The food almost never comes out with the drinks. The staff is nice but cannot keep up. They need a new system or something because it's really a long wait every time. Other Tropical Smoothie locations don't seem to suffer from this issue.
Made an order over the phone one smoothie they said 15 min pick up is being a half hour, waiting, I asked why was taking so long and the rude staff girl said what do you want to me to do.So unprofessional and guetto.Who talks like that with a costumer.How about apologizing and talk nicer !!!Manager definitely got it check employees here.
My first time trying tropical cafe I was excited to try it but when I went to this location, an employee said loudly “why is he staring!?” I felt embarrassed because I was simply looking thru the window which they have so u can see how your order is prepared, I didn’t mean to stare , I was just interested in how they prepare food at tropical cafe , other than that the food was delicious just wish the staff was a lil bit more professional
I love tropical smoothie but this location is horrible. For one the stench when you walk in is gross. They put a newbie on the register and have about six or seven people in the back. The line has about eight of us and going at a painstakingly slow pace. Not one person thinks they should help out on register? They can't open a pick up register? 15 minutes waiting for a phone order just to get home with the wrong meal.The owners or franchisee needs to wake up and make changes at this location.
ordering a half hour in advance doesn't matter because your order still isn't ready when you show up. I can go to another trop location (even without ordering prior) and get the smoothie in 5 mins. this place is horrible with management and customer satisfaction.
I wish i could give you zero stars! I ordered a big order and one of the quesadillas was burnt and one didnt have any chicken. I also asked for extra cheese and i didnt get that which i paid for. I will never go here again!
Took way to long for a smoothie and a side of kale and apple slaw. The smoothie I received was practically water and was very chunky, save your time and don't go to Patchogue. The one in Bay Shore is always on point
I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is by far the wrost tropical smoothie. Once waited 40 mins for a wrap just for them to get it wrong, when I order Doordash it's 50/50 if I receive it right. I get a Hummus Veggie Wrap and they have put chicken in it twice when it doesn't even come with it. And they forget an ingredient almost every time. One time I called they argued with me but recently they will be nice enough to fix it. Their smoothies are watery and their wraps are dripping wet sometimes. Go to any Trop but this one unless your desperate.
