great food, drinks and fun activities

So tonight for dinner we went to a place that we had never been to. In the heart of Patchogue we went to a restaurant called standard Rec. It's a restaurant with a very nice bar and a really great vibe. They have video games and bar games spread out throughout the entire place and it was just a really cool place to hang out.We ordered two appetizers. The first was a giant pretzel. It came with mustard and melted cheese sauce. The pretzel was piping hot and I really liked it.We also ordered a thing of nachos which were regular nacho chips and plantain chips mixed together. There was plenty of chicken and it was all fresh white meat.Kenny of course had an order of wings. He said the wings were good and had a decent amount of heat. He liked the buffalo sauce so much he asked for a side for his french fries. My daughter had a regular cheeseburger which is two patties with cheese lettuce tomato. It came with a side of fries. She enjoyed it.My wife had the lettuce wraps under the appetizers for her main meal. They were very good. The only negative is she ask for no scallions and they sprinkled scallions on top. they're easy enough to pick off so it wasn't that big of a deal and the waitress apologized profusely.I ordered a burger that had a fried round of mozzarella cheese in the middle of two burgers and their special sauce. It had a great flavor and was very messy to eat I really enjoyed the.For dessert we ordered a dessert that consisted of vanilla gelato two stuffed churros and candied pumpkin seeds.Thank you for the recommendation Meghan.. we had a blast.

The food and atmosphere was amazing. Very nice servers. Highly recommend. Plus, they have “the dude” painted on one of the walls.

Great food and excellent service. Between my wife and I, we had the pretzel and general tso wings for appetizers. Both were cooked well and were very tasty. For dinner, I had the mozzarella smash burger, and my wife had the Korean chicken tacos. The burger was very tasty and a nice size. The fries that came as the side were perfectly crispy. The tacos, although a very small portion, they tasted great. In all honesty, without the appetizers, the tacos may not have been enough food. Our waitress was Stephanie; she was super fast, very friendly, and just an all-around pleasure to deal with. We will certainly be back.

I ordered the Korean steak bowl and it was outstanding. Drinks tasted great but didn’t seem to have a lot of alcohol in them at all. We went this past Friday and Jessica our waitress was phenomenal.

I liked it. It has a 70's theme. It is a roomy place with a long bar. The food menu is small but good enough. They have burgers, poke bowls and the like. The craft beer is ok. The service was good. I will try it again.

Everytime we come here we try something new, taco Tuesdays are great!! And the Korean Fried Chicken tacos are pretty damn good would highly recommend, the wait staff are always so nice also!!

Great time. Great drinks. Loved the apps ! Our waitress Hailey was awesome! Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Fun times. We went in and had a few drinks played some skee-ball and other games. They have every game imaginable. Guess who, connect 4, mad libs, etc. So much fun!
