Love the selection. Not overly sweet. Staff is friendly
My husband and I visited this Smallcakes location after dinner. We went to the RHUM restaurant which is nearby and we walked by the Small Cakes location on our way to dinner. Everything looked so good from the window so we knew we wanted to stop by after dinner was over. This location is really cute - the decor and atmosphere is very welcoming. They sell tasty cupcakes and ice cream which is a fantastic combination.
I brought my brother stephen here for his 39th birthday for a birthday cupcake. We loved it,it has that something special feel. Thank you for making our day!
Our Easter Saturday lunch wasn’t the best so we stopped here for dessert. Friendly and clean, we had some delicious cupcakes that hit the spot!
I just called them to order a vegan birthday cake and they are not offering vegan cakes or cupcakes. Disappointing.
My girlfriend was craving for something sweet, we walked by this place and the cup cakes looking AMAZING. The place had a nice decor, and great seating area. Customer service was friendly and their was so many cup cakes to choose from and flavors on top of that. Art work was also around the corner.

Ambiance is very cute. Cupcakes are great and coffee is okay. They are expensive but they're great quality.
I called earlier to ask if they had any vegan cakes readily available and the girl said yes and told my they have a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting done as well as some unfrosted ones in the back. After calling a couple other places I decided to go with this one so I called back and asked if I could take the chocolate one with chocolate frosting she described and she said yes. When I asked for writing she said they don’t do that but I could get sprinkles so I said okay that’s fine then asked if she would like me to pay now but she assured me it wasn’t necessary so I hung up. Now here’s the actual problem—there were no vegan cakes. However, she kept repeating the order back to me so I know there was no misunderstanding and she also said they didn’t run out between the phone call (which took place like half an hour before my arrival) but that they never had any and they only had cupcakes. Clearly if I asked for a CAKE I wanted a cake not a cupcake. I went here specifically for a cake too. I could’ve chosen a closer place if I simply wanted cupcakes. I’m so annoyed especially since, again, there was NO miscommunication. I kept saying cake and she kept repeating it back to me even when she informed me what flavors for the vegan CAKES they had unfrosted in the back. I ordered a vegan cake from here in advance in the past but they assured me they usually have some in hand which is why I didn’t do that this time. I cannot emphasize enough how annoyed I am.
Was a big fan up until the other day I went into the store to order a bunch of cupcakes while I was carrying my baby, the girl behind the counter said I needed a mask which I couldn't get to with the baby, so I politely asked if she had one for me to use. She ran to the back and her and her manager came back saying they don't have a mask for me, so I had to leave. Clearly if they needed their customers and employees to wear masks, they definitely had extra they could have given out for people who didn't have, but instead would rather lose business..
