The food was good but will never go back there again the service was terrible the waitress never came over once and asked how we were doin we had to go to her to ask for a refill of water i saw her sitting down in the place eating
Landmark restaurant in downtown Patchogue. Century ago it was a funeral parlor but it is almost a historic type building. Make great burgers and the service is always pretty good. Vibe is like an Irish bar with simple menu offerings for hearty food and a beer. Have always liked Reeses... parking has gotten to be more of a problem but that is Patchogue everywhere nowadays.
Went last night by myself and ordered the steak medium rare. It came out well done and I was able to choke down part of it. The bartender was very pleasant and asked how my steak was so I chuckled not good. Even if a steak comes out undercooked it will never be right no matter what you do. I wasn't going to ask for the steak to be taken off the bill because any quality restaurant would do that without asking. The bartender gave me a beer on the house. I gave it a 3 star for atmosphere and the pleasant staff. I'll give it a second chance and see how it goes.
Haven’t been there since Covid started because it’s kinda small and confined. But looking forward to going back now that things are calming down. Best burgers in Patchogue!!
Pretty good place, a lot of dishes with rye and pastrami but I'm sure I'll try this place out again. Very interesting love the serive and decor
Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. I had my favorite here, shepherds pie. Yum.
Good cozy atmosphere and good food. Small for a bar and restaurant, and so the noise have no where to go but be noisy. Too dark for older eyes
Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had my favorite comfort food, pot roast on the menu. Delicious meal great service.
Classic Irish pub with amazing bar food. My favorite burger on LI. Try the Rachel too! Bartenders/owners are the nicest guys you could meet
