I went to Ralph’s with my parents to get ice cream and the manager who’s an old lady took our order but got my moms order wrong and when we tried to ask for if she can remake the Palm Tree Ralfie she no and said once a costumer touches it no refunds/remakes and she gave us such attitude that we started going to a different Ralph’s and we would also leave this Ralph’s when we saw the old lady there. The young teens always tell us what we ordered at the end but the old lady never did which caused her to mess up my moms order. Never taking service from that b!t by manager ever again.

Interesting; and with different combinations of flavors. Only con I would say is missing is say a "fancy touch," and or quality. Had a gimmicky feel for the price that is charged.
