Will never order/visit this location again. Food is constantly underwhelming (stale biscuits, dry chicken, burnt spots on the mac and cheese,etc) Today was the 2nd time ive ordered from this location through Ubereats. Ordered a 4pc Chicken dinner with mac and cheese and a 5pc tender combo with cajun fries 2 sauces and a large drink. Food arrives I am missing sauces, cajun fries, and drink so more than half the items I ordered were missing how is this possible?! I placed my order right as they opened so I was probably their first order of the day. Chicken was at least good, biscuits were stale (probably from the day prior) and mac and cheese had a big old black burn spot on the cheese, if this is the quality of service and food for the first orders of the day imagine how bad it is as the day progresses.
Absolutely terrible. The food is disgusting but worse than even that - the service! The drive through takes a total of thirty minutes minimum! It's disgusting mismanaged and the employees have no idea what they're doing and don't try to hide how little they care to do the job, let alone do the job correctly. Horrible experience every time. I don't recommend wasting your time, money or stomach!
The worst Popeyes on Long Island. Ordered 30.00 in food and thru it in the garbage. Food was reheated and something wrong with their famous chicken. Horrible.
Service is lacking at this location, however, food tastes like Popeyes should.4/1: Went back since my first review. Why I don't know. This place is horrible. Horrendous. Service is atrocious. I've yet to have an order fulfilled w/o errors. Not sure how they stay in business. Food is good (granted) but the service, slow lines and order mistakes will keep me from EVER going here again. If you're in this area of Suffolk and want Popeyes, visit the food court in Bay Shore mall or their location in Brentwood. Stay away from the Patchogue Popeyes dive.
No sauces with the chicken tenders which were ordered. The side dish was half filled. Thier contact number is a fax machine. What a bunch of losers.
I order one spicy sandwich and one classic. I get two classics. The women tells me I owed $12.26 I get to the window and now it's suddenly $14+ I mention why she said 12. 26 she said she never said that and proceeded telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and I heard her wrong. My daughter heard the same thing. We get home and the large fries we got were ice cold and we had to heat up the food we just bought 5 minutes ago. If it weren't 15 degrees out I'd go back there. But I'm a single dad with no find for all that. We get food out once a month and that's what we got this month. Their attitudes at that place was the worst part.
Food was good. I ordered online and then had to wait on the drive thru line. Defeats much of the purpose of ordering online.Secondly, when I got home, I discovered the order was incomplete. I was missing a chicken sandwich.
Never have chicken that you order. They tell you 12 minutes wait and its 45 minutes. They dont notify you if the run out of certain pieces...they just at times throw wings into a box and pray you dont notice. Staff is always on their cell phones. This is the worst place. They once handed me a cup with the lid unlocked...it spilled..the cashier giggled and found it very amusing. They should be locked down
Horrible service at the window! Didn't offer or ask us which sauce we neededAnd how was my meal so expensive I hardly got anything I'm about to check my receipt smh
Worst customer experience ever. Go to the Popeyes’s in Mastic instead
